The seat 20 for the vehicle can be arranged from a sitting mode in which both the ends of both the rear legs 36 are locked to the vehicle floor F to a table mode in which the seat back 50 is collapsed forward together with the seat cushion 30 by unlocking them so that the back surface of the seat back 50 may turn substantially horizontal.
