      SOLUTION: Displacement operation for moving to one side or the other side of the vehicle is performed by cooperative rotation of the one link arm 20 and the other link arm 26 in a condition where one side of the vehicular seat 2 is arranged below the other side of the vehicular seat 2. Positioning operation for making a height position at the other side of the vehicular seat 2 correspond to the height position at one side of the vehicular seat 2 is performed by rotation of the other link arm 26 to the one side. Accordingly, the vehicular seat 2 is displaced between the other position arranged on an upper surface UP and the one position extending to the one side of the vehicle. A hook part 10 is engaged with a first striker part 32 or a second striker part 34 according to the respective positions by rotation of the other link arm 26 at positioning operation.
