    • PURPOSE:To make it possible to suppress the increase of current consumption of a crystal oscillation circuit regardless of the threshold voltage of a transistor fluctuating in the process of a manufacture by providing a constant voltage circuit in which constant voltage output changes according to the change of the threshold voltage of a MOS transistor and an oscillation circuit operating by making voltage output as a power source. CONSTITUTION:In a bias circuit, MOS transistors TP 10 and TP 20 composes a current mirror circuit and bias output V2, V3 is fixed by the ratio of the transconductance of the transistors TP 10 and TP 20, TN 10 and TN 20. Therefore, current I1, I2 is fixed by power source voltage without depending on the threshold voltage VthP, VthN of the transistors. Even if the current I1, I2 is constant, voltage V3 changes according to the VthP of the TP 20. The output of this voltage 3 is used as the gate bias voltage of the MOS transistor TP 30 of a differential amplifier circuit and is also used as reference voltage to be supplied to the gate of a MOS transistor TP 40 composing a differential amplifier pair.

Output signal from the constant voltage circuit 27 is fed, as a voltage signal corresponding to the output signal of the DC power supply, to the differential amplifier 3.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nuclear fuel replacement device for performing replacement work of a fuel assembly and reactor-core internal structure in a short period of time. SOLUTION: This nuclear fuel replacement device comprises a traveling carriage traveling on a rail track 18 provided above a nuclear reactor pressure vessel 15, a traversing carriage moving on the traveling carriage in a direction perpendicular to the track, and a fuel gripper 9 mounted on multi-stage extension masts 1 and 2 hung down from the traversing carriage for performing insertion and extraction of the fuel assembly 13 with respect to the pressure vessel, and adapted to load the fuel assembly to the pressure vessel and extract it therefrom. The extension masts are each given an upper/lower two-part structure comprising upper mast parts 1a, 1b, 1c, ... and lower mast parts 2a, 2b, 2c, .... The fuel gripper is moved up and down while the upper mast parts are used to guide the lower mast parts. When handling the fuel assembly, the construction of upper/lower two-part type masts dispenses with speed reduction at each joint between mast stages as seen in relevant art.
