摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for preventive maintenance and repair of a laser projecting head and a structure in a nuclear reactor equipped with this projecting head and a method for working capable of effectively executing preventive maintenance and repair by laser beam even though a part of working object is narrow. SOLUTION: A device 20 for preventive maintenance and repair of a structure in a nuclear reactor is equipped with a laser beam machine 24 to output laser beam, a laser beam guiding means 25 to guide laser beam L, from this laser beam machine 24 into a nuclear reactor 10, and a laser projecting head 26 to project the laser beam guided into the nuclear reactor on a part of working object 21 of a structure 15 in a nuclear reactor. Further the device 20 for preventive maintenance and repair is equipped with a main body positioning device 29 which is hung and drawn-in to the nuclear reactor 10 and installed in the center of the reactor, and a mechanism 31 for moving the head to-and-fro which makes the laser projecting head 26 contained in this main body positioning device 29 stretch out freely forwards and backwards to the neighborhood of the part of working object 21 and then settle, and with a laser beam transmitting means 27 to receive and lead the laser beam L introduced into the nuclear reactor 10 to the projecting head 26; the laser projecting head 26 is made to stretch-out to the part of working object on the inner wall of a shroud 11, and then is positioned and settled.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser beam irradiation device capable of always irradiating the image of the emitting end of a optical fiber in a state of image formed on the irradiation face in irradiating an irradiation face by transmitting a noncontinuous output type laser beam by an optical fiber. SOLUTION: The device is constituted by providing a main laser device 1 for generating a main laser beam 2, an optical fiber 5 for guiding the main laser beam 1 to the vicinity of a object 14 to be irradiated, an emission optical system 13 for image forming the image of the emission end face of the optical fiber 5 on the surface of the object 14 to be irradiated, a focus position driving mechanism 15 for changing the focus position of the laser beam 2 emitted from the emission optical system 13 into the travelling direction of the laser beam, and a measurement control means 6, 7, 8, 21, 24, 26, 27, etc., for controlling the focus position driving mechanism 15 so as to make the focus of the emission optical system 13 coincide with the surface of the object 14 to be irradiated by aquiring the data on the distance between the surface of the object to be irradiated and the focus position, and arithmetic processing this data.

SOLUTION: This device is provided with a laser device 1 for generating modulating laser beams, an irradiating means 7 arranged so as to be displaceable to the object 10 to be processed for irradiating the object to be processed with the modulating laser beams, an ultrasonic receiving means 8 arranged on the same axis as the irradiating means for receiving ultrasonic waves generated from a laser beam irradiating point on the object to be processed, and a signal processor 14 for calculating the propagating distance of the ultrasonic waves from a signal from the ultrasonic receiving means and a signal from the laser device, and for calculating the shape of the object to be processed from the propagating distance and the position and attitude information of the irradiating means.
