    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable communication terminal device with a dosimeter and an environmental radiation monitoring system which enable the public to easily and rapidly share information such as an accurate radiation dose.SOLUTION: A portable communication terminal device 1 with a dosimeter comprises: a radiation detection unit 3; a signal processing unit 4 which is connected with the radiation detection unit 3 and calculates a radiation dose; position detection means; a memory 12 which stores the radiation dose and various information; a display unit 5 which displays the radiation dose and the various information; and a communication function for performing transmission/reception of data with the outside. The radiation detection unit 3, the signal processing unit 4, and the display unit 5 share a power supply mounted in the portable communication terminal device 1 with the dosimeter.
