    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the operability in interlocking the air-conditioning operation and the air cleaning operation by continuing the energization condition of a dust collector when the air-conditioning operation is started while an electric dust collector is operated, and simultaneously stopping the energization of a dust collection electrode when the air-conditioning operation is stopped. SOLUTION: A remote control device 10 is provided with display part 11 on an upper part, a first button 12 for air-conditioning operation and an air cleaning button 13 are continuously arranged on a lower part, and an air volume button 14 for regulating the air volume is arranged in an area therebelow. Even when the air-conditioning operation is started while run electric dust collector is operated, the energization condition of a dust collection electrode is continued, the energization of the dust collection electrode is simultaneously stopped when the air-conditioning operation is stopped, and the operability can be improved when the air-conditioning operation is interlocked with the air cleaning operation. After the prescribed time is elapsed according to the operation frequency of the air cleaning button 13, or the silent energy- saving operation is achieved from the beginning of the operation, and the dust collection performance can be improved unless a user achieves any special setting by appropriately changing the air direction and volume.

    • PURPOSE:To provide an air conditioner which eliminates the trouble such as pressure loss in an electronic control expansion valve and relieves the work load on the user, even when only one of a plurality of indoor heat exchangers is replaced with the heat exchanger having a higher grade of max. heat exchanging volume than the others in a refrigerating cycle adaptable to the indoor heat exchanger having the reference max. heat exchanging volume. CONSTITUTION:Opening and closing valves 13a and 13b are provided on the refrigerant introducing side of an indoor heat exchanger B having the reference max. heat exchanging volume. The bypass circuits 14, 15 are provided leading from a point between the valve 13a, 13b and an electronic control expansion valve 8a, 8b to a point between a large indoor heat exchanger A having the max. heat exchanging volume and an electronic control expansion valve 7a, 7b. Bypass opening and closing valves 16 and 17 are provided on these bypass circuits, respectively, and when the thermal loading near the max. heat exchanging volume of the large indoor heat exchanger is required, the aforesaid opening and closing valves are closed and the bypass opening and closing valves are opened to conduct all the refrigerant into the large indoor heat exchanger.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain a comfortable air conditioning effect by a method wherein a required heating capacity is calculated from the room temperature difference and the floor temperature difference between the floor temperature and the preset floor temperature, and the rotating frequency of a variable capacity compressor is determined in accordance with the calculated result. CONSTITUTION:A room temperature sensor 16 is provided on a room heat exchanger to detect the room temperature, and a floor temperature sensor 17 is attached on a floor heating panel 10 to detect the floor temperature. Information of the room temperature signal detected by the room temperature sensor 16 and the floor temperature signal detected by the floor temperature signal are input to a control circuit 20 which controls an inverter circuit 2 of a compressor 3 and a fan motor 22 that controls the rotating speed of a room fan 5. That is, whatever situation the room temperature and the floor temperature are in against the set temperatures, frequency control of the compressor is performed by calculating the required heating capacity from the room temperature difference and the floor temperature difference, so that the room temperature and the floor temperature are controlled to the set temperatures.

    • PURPOSE:To increase the rise speed of heating operation and to enable regulation of a room temperature to a desired value during steady operation by a refrigerant is fed to an indoor heat exchanger and a floor heating panel independently from each other and an amount of the refrigerant is regulatable. CONSTITUTION:Solenoid valves 31, 32, and 34 are opened, a flow rate control valve 30 is throttled according to heat resistance of a floor heating panel 29, and an indoor fan 24 is run to start combination operation of hot air heating operation by an indoor heat exchanger 25 and floor heating operation by a floor heating panel 29. In this case, the output frequency of an inverter 39 is maximized, and the number of revolutions of the drive motor of a compressor 22 is maximized. The indoor fan 24 is run according to a specified mode, e.g. HIGH. In this case, a refrigerant flows in parallel through the indoor heat exchanger 25 and the floor heating panel 29. However, since an amount of a refrigerant flowing to the floor heating panel 29 is controlled by a flow rate control valve 30, a remaining refrigerant all flows to the indoor heat exchanger 25. Thus, during heating rise operation, a room temperature is rapidly increased from an initial temperature to a set room temperature.

    • PURPOSE:To effect comfortable heating regardless of the structure and configuration of a room by a method wherein a hot air type or radiation type auxiliary heat radiator is provided in parallel and the temperatures of respective floor surfaces are detected while the heat radiation of the auxiliary heat radiator is effected to the floor surfaces having low temperatures. CONSTITUTION:Upon applying the title system, an auxiliary heat radiator 8 is operated toward a floor surface 6 without floor panel 5. When a given time (about 30 minutes) has elapsed, the floor surface temperature T3 of a floor surface 6 without floor panel 5, is detected by an infrared ray sensor 9 and the detected value is stored in a controller. When floor heating operation is started thereafter, the infrared ray sensor 9 detects the temperature T0 of the floor surface 6 upon the starting of the operation at first and, thereafter, the radiation of the auxiliary heat radiator 10 is started toward the floor surface 6. Subsequently, the temperature T1 of the floor panel 5 is detected by the infrared ray sensor 9. Subsequently, the temperature T2 of the floor surface 6 is detected again. These operations are repeated and the auxiliary heat radia tor is stopped when T1 T2 or T0 T2. Heating may be effected comfortably regardless of the configuration or the like of a room in such a manner.

    • PURPOSE:To easily confirm the located position of a control signal transmitter by informing an external part by means of an informing means provided in the control signal transmitter when a signal is sent to the control signal transmitter from an equipment to be controlled so as to point out the control signal transmitter by discriminating this signal. CONSTITUTION:When the switch 1 of a transmitter 1a built in an air conditioner main body is depressed, a code generating part 3 generates a binary code, and inputs it to a modulation circuit 5, and the binary code made into a pulse signal is transmitted from a transmission circuit 7. When the pulse signal is received by the reception circuit 9 of a receiver 1b built in the remote control device 3a of the air conditioner, a code deciding part 13 decides whether it is the binary code to specify the remote control device 3a or not, and drives a timer 15 for a definite period of time, and simultaneously, drives a buzzer 17, and sounds the buzzer 17 for the period of the driving time of the timer 15. Thus, the remote control device comes easy to find out even if it is missed.

    • PURPOSE:To simplify the operation of an environment control apparatus by automatic forming such the indoor environment as the occasion may demand by a simple operation and making possible the temporary change of operational condition, in the environment control apparatus capable of collectively controlling a plurality of environment adjusting devices in accordance with time elapse through the whole year. CONSTITUTION:In the summertime, when an operation instruction is given to an input and output unit 24 by manipulating an operation and stop switch 22 or operating a remote input unit 29 by pressing a switch, a central controller 27 reads out a summer pattern from a memory unit 25 and starts to operate each of environment adjusting devices (3, 5-8) via the input and output unit 24. In this instance, the summer pattern is such that the cooler and dehumidifier 5 are kept ON and the humidifier 6 is kept OFF while the air cleaner 7 and the ventilating fan 8 are kept ON. Accordingly, the heat pump type air conditioner 3 starts cooling operation, and the dehumidifier 5, the air cleaner 7 and the ventilating fan 8 start ON/OFF operation based upon a sensor output. Under such an operational condition, when it is desired that, for example, a room temperature is further lowered by 2 deg.C, the preset temperature can be easily changed by the remote input unit 29.
