As an auxiliary electric heater 23 is disposed on a position of the hot water circuit 10 for heating or the heating circuit 13 for spraying, the hot water temperature from the heat source equipment 1 can be raised to the optimum temperature.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily insert a heating wire into a radiator pipe arranged on the floor part of a heating region in meandering manner and to increase efficiency in heater construction. SOLUTION: The coated heating wire 6 is introduced into the radiator pipe via the guide hole 2a of a guide pipe 2 connected to the radiator pipe 1. A ball-shaped guide body 5 is connected to the coated heating wire, the ball-shaped guide body is moved by water pressure of a pump 3, and the coated heating wire is inserted into the entire radiator pipe. After the insertion, a plug 9 is fixed on the end of the heating pipe. A sealing plug 10 having tapered shape is closely attached to the plug. An electric wire connecting pipe 13 to which an electric source wire 12 and the coated heating wire are connected is crimped to the hole inside the sealing plug to make it in sealing state.
