    • PURPOSE:To efficiently enhance capacity in a steady operation state from the time of starting cooling/heating by so controlling a circulation composition ratio of mixed refrigerants at the times of starting the cooling/heating and steady operation as to be different. CONSTITUTION:At the time of, for example, heating, high temperature and high pressure refrigerant gas discharged from a compressor 1 is passed through a four-way valve 2, then heat exchanged with indoor air in an indoor heat exchanger 3, condensed, then throttled by a throttle unit 5, and the refrigerant becomes a low pressure gas/liquid two-phase state. Then, the refrigerant heat exchanged, for example, with user side heat source such as an outdoor air by a heat exchanger 4 is evaporated to become low temperature and low pressure gas, passed through an accumulator 6, and compressed to a high temperature and high pressure gas by the compressor 1 in a refrigerating cycle. On the other hand, at the time of cooling, the outdoor heat exchanger 4 becomes the condenser, and the indoor heat exchanger 3 becomes the evaporator. Thus, at the time of starting cooling/heating, a ratio of the refrigerant having excellent performance is enhanced, while at the time of steady operation, a pressure loss is lowered, and an operation of a high efficiency can be executed.

    • PURPOSE:To eliminate a disadvantage caused by employing a heat exchanger temperature sensor and to effect an accurate defrosting by a method wherein a value required for performing an operation is deducted in reference to a result of sensing operation of each of an environment state sensing means and an operating state sensing means and the operation is controlled in response to a result of deduction. CONSTITUTION:An environment state sensing means senses an indoor air temperature and an outdoor air temperature. An operating state sensing means detects an operating time, a speed of an indoor air fan, an operating state of a compressor 1. During a heating operation, a temperature of an outdoor heat exchanger 3 is deducted as a value required for performing a controlling operation in reference to a result of sensing operation of each of both sensing means. The deducting means sets the results of sensing of both sensing means as input data, sets the temperature of the outdoor heat exchanger as a tutor data, wherein this is a neural network in which its study is repeated and generated. A temperature of the outdoor heat exchanger 3 corresponding to the input data is calculated as output data. Then, during the heating operation. Then, an outdoor heat exchanger temperature Te calculated by a deducting means is compared with 0 deg.C, and if the value Te is 0 deg.C or lower, a defrosting operation of the outdoor heat exchanger 3 is carried out.

    • PURPOSE: To execute a safe operation by discriminating a refrigerator leak of mixed refrigerators, by setting a gas liquid discriminating means of the mixed refrigerators, at an exit section of a condenser in a refrigeration circuit using the mixed gases. CONSTITUTION: At an exit section of a condenser 2 in a refrigeration cycle provided with a compressor 1, a condenser 2, an expansion valve 3, and an evaporator 4, a gas liquid discriminating means 5 detecting a refrigerator leak by discriminating a gas liquid state of mixed refrigerators, is set. As this gas liquid discriminating means 5, an electro-static capacity type sensor 51, making a detection sensitivity high by a plurality of electric pole plates 51a, is used. In a case of a gas refrigerator, a dielectric constant is 1, but in a liquid case, in comparison with a gas case, it becomes 5-10 times value. By detecting a difference of the dielectric constant between this mixed refrigerators liquid and a gas dielectric constant, a gas liquid state can be discriminated. According to this, without relation to a heat source temperature at the condenser 2 side and the evaporator 4 side, a leak of the mixed refrigerators can be surely detected at a stage wherein a leak quantity is little.
