    • PURPOSE:To prevent a vibration-proof apparatus from slipping off and facilitate the adjustment work for alignment, by forming box pass sections on the lower surface of a supporting deck and the floor surface in contact with the vibration- proof apparatus, and by inserting the upper section and the lower section of the vibration-proof apparatus into the box pass sections. CONSTITUTION:When a vibration-proof apparatus 1 is set between a supporting deck 2 and a building floor 3 for setting a dynamic machine like a turbo-genera tor, then box pass sections 12a, 12b are formed respectively on the lower surface of the supporting deck 2 and the floor surface 3, and pressure receiving plates 11a, 11b for the upper face and the lower face of the vibration-proof apparatus 1 re arranged to be inserted into the box pass sections. In this manner, an adhesive plate for preventing the vibration-proof apparatus 1 from slipping off is not required, and the reliability is enhanced, and a shim plate 4 for adjust ment can be easily removed or added on the adjustment work for alignment.

    • PURPOSE:To enable reduction of the volume of a building, by a method wherein an air conditioner chamber is situated to the side part of an operation chamber in which an overhead traveling crane is installed, and an operation floor for the small parts of a turbine system device on which a crane is installed is situated below the air conditioner chamber. CONSTITUTION:A large device, e.g. steam turbine 3 provided with a high pressure turbine 3a and a low pressure turbine 3b, a generator 4, is disposed on an operation floor 12 of a turbine building 11. Meanwhile, a turbine system main device, not shown, e.g. a main steam valve, a bypass valve, and condensate pump, and a condenser 6 are disposed below the floor 12. An air conditioner chamber 14 is set at a part of the upper space of an operation chamber 13, and a brace 15 made of a steel and a reinforcing wall 16 made of reinforced concrete are situated as structural reinforcement of the operation chamber 13, forming large span structure by means of an overhead traveling crane 5, in the air conditioner chamber 14 and to the side part of the operation chamber 13.
