摘要： PURPOSE:An adhesive for bulb head of fluorescent lighting that is prepared by blending a specific inorganic compound with an adhesive mainly consisting of a thermosetting resin, thus preventing deterioration. CONSTITUTION:To an adhesive mainly consisting of a thermosetting resin such as phenolic resin, are incorporated inorganic compounds having high ultraviolet ray absorption percent and resisting untroviolet deterioration, e.g., at least one from zinc oxide, barium sulfate and etc. The additional incorporation of 0.2-1.3 wt% of an antioxidant further increases the resistance to deterioration.

摘要： PURPOSE:To promote smoothly the fusion of a fuse, to prevent development of undesirable arcs in a cap metal, and to prevent the breakage of the cap metal and a bulb, by restricting the bubble size of a foaming material filled in the cap metal. CONSTITUTION:A stem 2 is integrally fitted to the small-diameter opening end of a bulb 1. A pair of leads 3 sealed in the stem 2 are connected with the ends of a filament 4 in the bulb 1 for supporting the filament 4. A cap metal 7 is filled with a resinous forming material 13 in which fuses 6 are embedded. Ths bubble size of the material 13 is limitted to a range of about 0.1-5.0 mm. If the bubble size is under the range, cut out of current is retarded; if the bubble size is over the range, arcing occurs on the fusion of the fuses.

摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent deterioration, by improving the ultraviolet rays resistivity and thermal resistance of adhesives, which components are thermal hardening resin and silicon resin, by sticking a bulb and a base by using said adhesives. CONSTITUTION:As adhesives 11 in the case when mounting a base 6 to a bulb 1, matter is used which thermal hardening resin such as phenol resin, said hardener, silicon resin, said hardener, resin, such as, rosin, shellac, etc., calcium carbonate powder, an ultraviolet rays absorbent and a solvent are mixed adjusted at appropriate rate. The matter is put between a sealing bulb 1 of the bulb and the base 6, heating hardened at 200-250 deg.C and for approximate 3-5 minutes and sticked. The adhesives 7 have strong adhesive strength, the silicon resin slightly deteriorates due to ultraviolet rays and heat, and the silicon resin protects the thermal hardening resin and the natural resin from ultraviolet rays, thus harldy lowering adhesive strength to the lighting of a lamp for a long term, then preventing the falling-off of the base 6.
