摘要：片口金形の電気ランプ、特に高圧放電ランプであって、真空密に封止された内側容器が設けられており、内側容器が、カバー部分によって包囲されており、電気的な接続部を有する口金が、一方では内側容器を支持していて、かつ他方ではカバー部分を支持しており、以下の構成ａ）、ｂ）、ｃ）およびｄ）、つまり、ａ）口金が、絶縁材料から製作されたインシュレータを備えており、インシュレータが、カラーによって包囲された中央の開口を備えており、開口に、内側容器が、接合剤による接合なしに収容されている構成、ｂ）インシュレータが、口金に属する上位プラトーおよび下位プラトーを備えた、半径方向で突出する円形のセグメントを備えている構成、ｃ）カバー部分が、口金側で開口を有しており、開口の傍に、口金に関する下位コンタクト面および上位コンタクト面を有し、かつ半径方向で突出する縁部が設けられており、縁部の下位コンタクト面が、インシュレータにおける半径方向で突出する円形のセグメントの上位プラトーに適合されている構成、ｄ）カバー部分が、接合剤を使用しない機械的な保持機構によって口金に固定されている構成、を有している。

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ballast-free fluorescent lamp with miniaturization aimed of an arc tube by the use of one of a double-spiral shape and capable of easily fitting a holding member to a cover.
SOLUTION: The ballast-free fluorescent lamp includes an arc tube 110 made by bending a glass tube 120 in a double-spiral shape gyrating around a pivot up to its end part, a holding member of a bottomed cylinder shape for holding the arc tube 110, and a case or the like insertion-coupled with a peripheral wall 220 of the holding member. Each part near either end of the glass tube 120 is formed so that its interval with the glass tube 120 neighboring the end part in a direction of the pivot is expanded in the direction of the pivot. The arc tube 110 is held in a state in which an interval L1 between an outer periphery face of the glass tube 120 neighboring the end part of the glass tube 120 in the direction of the pivot and a surface of an end wall in the holding member opposing the outer periphery face is to be around 1.5 mm.

A holder spring 5 made of a metal which has a biasing force to the direction of pressure contact for the burner 2 is provided in the holder portion 3. After the burner 2 is inserted in the holder portion 3 and fixed to the established position, high-frequency heating makes the holder spring 5 evolve heat which composes a singleterminal-type discharge lamp connecting the holder portion 3 and the burner 2. Thus, both the number of components and man-hours are decreased.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust a position of a lamp with high accuracy, and prevent leakage of adhesives at fixing work by arranging a lamp base in a sealing part of the lamp, and arranging a cap in a sleeve member end part to fix a reflecting mirror. SOLUTION: A neck part 12 of a concave reflecting mirror 10 is inserted into a cylinder hole of a reflecting mirror support part 31 of a sleeve member 30, and is fixed by an inorganic adhesive 17. On the other hand, a power supply electric wire 45 welded to one of a metal halide lamp 20 is inserted into a lamp base 40, and a selaing part 22 is fixed in a large diameter cylinder hole 41 by an inorganic adhesive 18. Next, a lamp 20 is inserted into a lamp base support part 32 of the member 30 together with a cap 50, and is lighted, and a swelling part 21 is positioned in a position to give maximum illuminance to a screen, and an inorganic adhesive 16 is injected into the cylinder hole of the support part from an injection hole 33 of the member 30, and the base 40 is fixed. Since the base 40 is formed as a part to be gripped, a movement can be adjusted with high accuracy without damaging the lamp 20.

摘要： PURPOSE: To provide a lamp-reflector in which a structure is simple, and the occurrence of acoustic resonance is prevented. CONSTITUTION: A lamp-reflector unit has a metal reflector 1 into which a lamp 3 is fitted. A lamp base 20 is fitted to the reflector 1 by elastic synthetic resin 23, and the elastic synthetic resin can substantially fill the lamp base. A current conductor 22 which can be formed of several fine conductors can put the contact 21 of the lamp base 20 in connection with a current supply conductor 71, coming out of the lamp 3. The current conductor is made of copper and can be fixed to a current supply conductor 7 by a clamp. Acoustic resonance is suppressed in the unit.
