摘要： PURPOSE:To enable attaching and detaching a filter easily to or from a piping part for repetitive filtration by executing attaching and detaching of a filter by only one motion of pushing down a lower keep plate. CONSTITUTION:When a cylindrical filter 1 is to be held, a lower keep plate 21 is first pushed downward; the cylindrical filter 1 is held between flanges 12, 13 for clamping the filter; the direction and the position of a projection 9 of a flange 7 of the filter 1 is matched so as to fit to a recess 19 of the clamping flange 12; then pushing down of the keep plate 21 is ceased, and the filter is held firmly by the force of a spring. When the filter 1 is to be detached, the lower keep plate 21 is pushed downward, and the freed filter 1 is detached from a supporting device 50, then pushing down of the keep plate 21 is ceased.

摘要： PURPOSE:To measure continuously and precisely the reactor water in a nuclear reactor by calculating the coating resistance of an oxidized film formed on the electrode of the conductivity measuring device and a correcting coefficient for a cell constant which varies according to a decrease in electrode surface, and correcting the conductivity of sample water on the basis of them. CONSTITUTION:For example, sample water of the reactor water 12 in the nuclear reactor is introduced in a measuring cell 15 and its conductivity is measured by the measuring electrode 16. The measuring electrode 16 has coating resistance because of the formation of the oxidized film due to corrosion and insulating particulates of hematite stick thereupon to reduce the surface area, varying the cell constant. For the purpose of correcting the conductivity of the electrode 16, the mixed solution of a calibrating undiluted solution 2 and ion exchange water 6 is put in a reference measuring cell 10 and a sample measuring cell 15 to measure the conductivity. Further, the concentration of the calibrating undiluted solution 2 is varied and the conductivity is measured again. Then, the conductivity is measured precisely by correcting the conductivity of the measured liquid with the coating resistance and correcting coefficient.

摘要： PURPOSE:To permit continuous operation of a filtration device for a long period by removing deposited cake on the surface of a filter by inserting a ball through the filter by the flow of sample water and recovering the flow rate in the filter. CONSTITUTION:Sample water is filtered by a filter 6. When the filtration rate decreases, gas is fed from a gas feeding source 22 to a collector 19, and a ball 21 is pushed into the filter 6 from the collector 19 through a pipe 17, and deposited cake 35 on the surface of the filter 6 is wiped off. Then, the ball is transferred to a collector 20 by the effect of the flow of the sample water through a discharging pipe 8 and a pipe 18. The gas is fed from the gas feeding source 22 to the collector 20 to transfer the ball 21 from the collector 20 to a collector 19 through the filter 6. The sample water remaining in the pipe 15 is discharged through the collector 20 by adjusting opening and closing timing of valves 9, 16, 25, 26, 31, and 32. Then, continuous filtration of the sample water is executed through the filter 6.

摘要： PURPOSE:To reduce the frequency of maintenance and to measure continuously and precisely the conducting of liquid for a long period by grasping a value of coating resistance quantitatively while suppressing a decrease in electrode surface area due to the sticking of insulating particulates. CONSTITUTION:Quantitative transport pumps 6 and 7 are put in operation while valves 151 and 161 are closed and opened respectively. Consequently, a specific amount of calibrating undiluted liquid 2 from a storage tank 4 and ion exchange water 3 with a constant flow rate from a storage tank 5 are supplied, and they are mixed and adjusted by a mixer 8 into a solution with constant concentration, therefore, constant conductivity and then supplied to a reference measuring cell 10 and further to a measuring cell 171 through a filter 9, so that the conductivity of the solution is measured by a reference electrode 11 and a measuring electrode 181. Then when the conductivity of the solution is measured correctly by the reference electrode 11, a correcting coefficient is calculated accurately and a measured value of conductivity of reactor water obtained by the measuring electrode 181 is also corrected accurately.

摘要： PURPOSE:To enable continuous operation of a filtration device contg. a membrane filter for a long period by removing the filter cake of fine particles depositing on the membrane filter with a wiping means. CONSTITUTION:When a magnetic stirrer 12 is operated by an instruction of a controller 13 during filtration of sample water, a rotary body 9 is turned and a washing body 11 comprising a soft elastic material wipes the cake depositing on the surface of a membrane filter 6. The stripped cake off the membrane filter 6 is discharged from a discharging port 2 along with the sample water. When the magnetic stirrer is stopped by the instruction from the controller 13, the rotary body 9 is also stopped. By this method, filtration of the sample water is also continued during regeneration of the membrane filter 6.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To process waste water at the optimum condition and to perform recycling by obtaining data on operating condition on a surface treatment installation, etc., contg. a waste water system and on quality of water of waste water processing in a factory and monitoring organically and wholly the system. SOLUTION: Waste water is drained from a plating process 1, an etching process 2, a base sheet cleaning process 3, etc., and cooling water in an air conditioning installation 4 and cooling water in a part finishing installation 5 are recovered and allover waste water processing is performed in a waste water processing installation 6 and recycling is performed in a recycle water recycling installation. In this case, the amt. of water for industrial use used in a factory, the amt. of recycled water and the quality of water are controlled and monitored by an operation monitoring panel 8 for monitoring operating conditions of these installations. In addition, this operation monitoring panel 8 can store and display each site of each installation and changes with time in the qualities of the water for industrial use, the waste water, the recycled water, etc. It is possible thereby to minimize the amt. of use of the water for industrial use used in the factory, to decrease the waste water to the utmost and to make the quality at most the water quality standard.
