    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for carrying out efficiently initial cooling or restoration of temperature elevation due to door opening, in a refrigerating truck or the like. SOLUTION: The problem herein to be solved is attained by a novel method of operating a compound type temperature regulator. The method is provided newly with an evaporator having a discharge pipe line, a supply pipe line, and an evaporator coil, the evaporator coil is fluid-communicated with the discharge pipe line and the supply pipe line, a microprocessor is provided to regulate a supply of a heat absorbing fluid to the evaporator, and a sensor module is connected to the microprocessor. The sensor module is located in the vicinity of the evaporator, and senses a temperature of gas going out from the evaporator to transmit a temperature to the microprocessor. The supply of the heat absorbing fluid to the evaporator is stopped when the microprocessor determines that the temperature of the gas outgoing from the evaporator reaches a prescribed temperature.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of efficiently effecting initial cooling of a freezing track and the like or recovery of temperature increase due to door opening.
      SOLUTION: Achievement is effected by a new method to operate a hybrid temperature control device. This method newly provides an evaporator having a discharge line, a feed line, and an evaporator coil. The evaporator coil is in fluid communication with the discharge line and the feed line. A microprocessor is provided to regulate a feed of heat absorbing fluid to the evaporator, and further a sensor module is coupled to the microprocessor. In the vicinity of the evaporator, the sensor module detects the temperature of gas coming out from the evaporator and feeds the temperature to the microprocessor. When it is decided by the microprocessor that the temperature of gas coming out from the evaporator reaches a given temperature, a feed of the heat absorbing fluid to the evaporator is stopped.
