SOLUTION: The high-pressure axial seal assembly 73 is arranged on the stepped bore 71 of the front flange member 31 of a valve housing. A leaked fluid passage for allowing a fluid from a case drain part to a case drain port 47 through a high-pressure axial seal 77, an annular washer 79 functioning as the backup member of the high-pressure axial seal 77, and further a drain passage 81 is constituted. After the lapse of a prescribed time from the start of the motor, the high-pressure axial seal 77 starts to leak the fluid a little at a time. By thread-engaging the bolt 6 inserted from the opening part 4b of the support body 4 to the insertion hole 4c of the base bottom part 4c with the screw hole 3b of the base 3, the support body 4 is mounted onto the base 3 and the press fit member 5 is press-fitted from the opening part 4b of the support body 4 to resiliently support the compressor 1.
