摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform rapid cooking and dishing up and to ensure safety by a method wherein a mount part is arranged at the upper surface part on the back side of a range table, an upper surface part on the front side forms a working surface, and during ignition, combustion is effected in a small flame rising from the inner peripheral wall of an annular part toward the mount part. SOLUTION: The upper surface part on the back side of a range table 10 forms a mount part 11, and the upper surface on the front side thereof forms a working surface 12. By performing rotation operation of a gas ignition plug 30, a gas is fed through an injection nozzle to a gas introduction part, and primary air is automatically sucked in a gas introduction part. Gas and primary air are mixed together and flow in an annular space, and injected through a through-opening to an internal space. Since a number of burner ports are formed in an inner cylinder part comprising an annular part, air is apt to be automatically sucked through a primary air suction hole. Gas is burnt in a small flame rising from the internal part of an inner cylinder part.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a higher combustion efficiency with the concentration of heating power by forming a number of flame holes along the circumferential surface of the inner circumferential wall of a circular part at a position lowered by a specified distance from the top surface of the circular part to build a small flame rising from the inner circumferential wall of the circular part burning a gas jetted into the inner circumferential wall from the flame holes. SOLUTION: A number of flame holes 11A are formed in three stages at a circular part 10A along the circumferential surface of the inner circumferential wall thereof 10A at a position lowered by a specified distance from the top surface thereof. A gas introduced into a gas guide part 20A is mixed with primary air, flows into the circular part 10A and is jetted out into an internal space surrounded by the inner circumferential wall from the number of flame holes 11A formed inside the inner circumferential wall of the circular part 10A. The mixed gas jetted out of the number of flame holes 11A arranged along the circumferential surface of the inner circumferential wall of the circular part 10A is gathered into the internal space surrounded by the inner circumferential wall and burned to build one small flame 1A rising from the internal space thereby enabling the concentration of heating power.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas range provided with internal-port burners which can heat all over the center of a pot with an intensive thermal power, hardly generating CO in the vicinity of the periphery of the burner, and not making combustion noises. SOLUTION: The gas range is provided with an internal-port burner and a grate with an annular straightening vane. The burner is not provided with a draft port at its center, and a secondary air does not flow into the internal periphery of the flame from the center of the burner. The burner port is of a shape of a frustum of circular cone having a port side-wall and a bottom face, its bottom face is positioned at a small end face, and the great end face of the port is made open. The straightening vane is planar, it is obliquely inclined downward from the internal edge of the vane to the external edge thereof. The external edge of the vane is positioned at the lower edge of a skirt part, or the internal edge of the vane is positioned within the skirt, or at the lower space formed of the skirt part. The grate is positioned apart from the burner, the internal edge of the straightening vane is positioned above the peripheral part of the burner upper edge.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the thermal efficiency and the combustion efficiency, and prevent a combustion noise from occurring, by arranging a plurality of recess-shape burner ports in a manner to surround the outer periphery of an internal wall, and also, arranging the central axes of the burner ports in a manner to tilt to the inside of the burner at a lateral specified angle or lower to the center of the burner. SOLUTION: In this inside flame burner, a combustion gas introducing space 8 to which a combustion gas is introduced from a mixing pipe, is formed between an external wall 7 and an internal wall 6. Also, the whole body of a burner upper surface 9 including the upper surface of a burner port 2 tilts so that the internal wall 6 may become lower. The burner port 2 which is arranged on the burner upper surface 9, is arranged by tilting as a whole in such a manner that the opening surface of the burner port 2 may face to the center of the burner, and an annular side wall 3b of the burner port 2 extends in the direction which is substantially orthogonal to the burner upper surface, and into the combustion gas introducing space 8. Individual burner ports are tilted at different optional angles within a range wherein the central axis 10 of the burner port is 90 deg. or lower in the lateral direction to the center of the burner, and the angle faces to the inside of the burner.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the primary air ratio of a burner and contrive the improvement of combustion property as well as heating efficiency of the burner. SOLUTION: A gas nozzle 1 is provided on a regulator 6, attached to the mixing tube 5 of an internal burner port burner. The gas nozzle 1 injects fuel gas from an injection port 11, provided on the bore 10 of a tubular body 8. In accordance with the injection of the fuel gas, primary air is sucked from suction ports 12 on the outer periphery of the tubular body 8 into the bore 10 to join the primary air with the fuel gas and inject mixture from a tip end opening 9 against the burner. In this case, the center lines L2 of the suction ports 12 are slanted with respect to the center line L1 of the tubular body 8 by the angle of inclination θ1 within 30-60 degrees. According to this method, the flow passage resistance of the primary air, sucked into the bore 10 of the tubular body 8, is reduced and the primary air is joined with the fuel gas smoothly.

Upper end of the small pot supporting part 17 is lower than the upper end of the standard pot supporting part 19 and the difference thereof is set larger than the vertical width of flame. According to the arrangement, a flame spreading along the lower surface of the standard pot 3b does not touch the small pot supporting part 17 and generation of CO is suppressed.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To overcome defects that the central heat distribution is deteriorated, unevenness in heating is generated and Chinese dishes requiring the large quantity of heating in the central part cannot be met because the flame holes of an inner burner and an outer burner are both provided outward and the number of the flame holes are increased in a burner realizing a high combustion using a conventional double burner having an outer ring burner and an inner ring burner. SOLUTION: A cooker burner 1 comprises a double burner having an inner ring burner 2 and an outer ring burner 3 to realize a high combustion. The inner ring burner 2 has the rate of primary air of 70% or more ad is provided with inward flame holes 10 for forming flame inward. The lower part of the inward flame holes 10 is closed by a closing part 17. The temperature of the flame formed by the inward flame holes 10 becomes high and the flame is assuredly blown upward and spreads in the periphery of a cooking appliance 5 along the lower surface thereof. The outer ring burner 3 heats the periphery of the cooking appliance 5 with its high heating power ad the high temperature flame of the inner ring burner 2 heats the wide rage of the inner side of the cooking appliance, so that the above mentioned inconveniences can be solved.
