    • PURPOSE:To correctly recognize the drying completion time by detecting the exhuast tempera ture discharged from a drying chamber, judging the temperautre rise rate of the exhaust after the start of the drying operation, calculating the necessary drying time from an experi mental formula between the temperature rise rate and the necessary drying time and displaying the drying completion time. CONSTITUTION:After 30 sec. from the time when a flame detector 25 detects combustion, the temperature rise rate is calculated from the temperautre difference between the exhaust temperature of a temperature sensor 27 and the outside air temperature of an outside air temperature sensor 29. When it is judged that the temperature rise rate is 35 deg. or less, it is judged if the temperature rise rate is over 13 deg. or more, and the necessary drying time is calculated according to each expermental formula corresponding to 13 deg. or less or 13 deg. or more, from the result of the experiment for the temperature rise rate and the necessary drying time. The calculated necessary drying time is output-displayed on a display device 4, and the combustion quantity in a combustor 20 is controlled by the temperature sensor 27, and the temperautre in the drying chamber 13 is kept constant. Each lapse of one min. from the display of the necessary drying time, the display time on the display device is reduced, and when the time corresponding to a necessary finishing time setting device is judged, finishing operation is started.

    • PURPOSE: To provide a manufacturing method of high temperature solid electrolyte fuel cell by which large output is obtained. CONSTITUTION: After gelatinizing and drying a solution composition composed of a zirconium alkoxide, a hydrate of an yttrium nitrate and first and second solvents, it is pulverized. After obtained powder is temporarily baked at 100 to 700 deg.C, it is pulverized, and yttria-containing zirconia powder is obtained. A paint film is formed on a porous electrode 1 or 4 by a paint film forming composition containing the powder, and it is baked, and a backing layer 2 composed of yttria stabilizing zirconia is formed. A paint film is formed on the backing layer 2 by the solution composition, and it is dried and baked, and a dense solid electrolyte film 3 composed of yttria stabilizing zirconia is formed. The backing layer 2 is formed by spraying of a suspension by dispersing YZ powder in an alcohol type solvent or dripping, soaking and electrodeposition of a suspension by dispersing the suspension or the YZ powder in sol of the solution composition. It is also formed by application of a paste-like substance by dispersing YZ powder in turpentine oil.

    • PURPOSE:To achieve higher drying efficiency by forming an angle part on the internal surface of a shell part of a rotary drum while specifying a position intended to form an air supply port in the machine which supplies air heated into a rotary drum to dry things to be dried to achieve sufficient stirring of the things to be dried. CONSTITUTION:In a driving machine in which a rotary drum 10 to be rotated with a motor 15 is arranged in a casing 1 disposed at the front center thereof in such a manner an opening/closing lid to open or close the central opening of a support ring 3 is opened on one hand, air heated with a heater 31 is supplied into the rotary drum 10 at an air supply port 30 formed on the support ring 3 with an air supply duct 4. In this case, an angle part 17 is formed extending longitudinally on the internal surface of a shell part of the rotary drums 10 while the air supply port 30 is formed on the surface facing the inside of the rotary drum 10 of the support ring 3 in a range from the vicinity of the lowest end position to the lower side part following the upper hand in the direction of rotation of the rotary drum 10. This constitution enables the supplying of the air heated to things to be dried being stirred sufficiently with the angle part 17 thereby achieving higher drying efficiency.

    • PURPOSE:To reduce a combustion temperature and to reduce the generation of NOx during combustion by a method wherein the flame of a burner is formed between the fins of a water tube type heat exchanger and the flame is cooled by the water tube type heat exchanger. CONSTITUTION:Combustion gas generated through combustion effected by a burner 13 is heat-exchanged directly with hot water, returned through a piping 40 for circulation by means of a gas liquid heat exchanger 32, for heating. In this case, since combustion gas and water are directly heat-exchanged with each other, NOx and CO2 in the combustion gas are dissolved in hot water. Since water heated by the gas liquid heat exchanger 32 is heated by a water tube type heat exchanger 20, the temperature of hot water can be increased to a high value, and high temperature hot water can be circulated to the piping 40 for circulation. Meanwhile, since flame is formed between fins 20b of the water tube type heat exchanger 20, the combustion temperature of the burner 13 is reduced to a low value by means of the water tube type heat exchanger 20. Thereby, an amount itself of NOx generated is decreased.
