Various work such as the connection matching of beam trusses 7 in package erection or split erection is performed in sequence while the temporary traveling stage 6 is moved. The temporary facility is simplified, the vertical work can be performed, thus the construction period is sharply shortened, and the cost can be reduced.

Consequently the horizontal welding is performed with the pursuit travel to the welding truck 2 by holding the welding truck 2 surely.

Even in case of a pendulum movement being caused on the frame part 7 by the temporary driving of the driving wheel 3, therefore, no effect is caused on the welding truck 9 by the combining part 10.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reliable compaction effect produced along with drive of a pile. SOLUTION: Compaction sand piles (SCP) 12 are built in a soft ground 10 and a pile is driven in a part where a liquefaction countermeasure is applied and a ground is modified. The SCP12 is formed down from a ground to depth H1, being a comparatively shallow depth, at which liquefaction of a soft ground 10 is apt to occur. A pile 14 is driven down to depth reaching a bearing layer 16 in the soft ground 10. The pile 14 is driven in a state that at the part (between a ground and the depth H1 at which the SCP12 is built) of the soft ground 10, where liquefaction of a ground is apt to occur, driving is effected with the tip of the pile 14 closed. At other part (between the depth H1 and depth reaching the bearing layer 16) than the part where liquefaction is apt to occur, driving is effected with the tip of the pile 14 being released.

SOLUTION: This composition is composed of a binder comprising (A) a silicone-modified epoxy resin and (B) an aminosilane-based coupling agent which is a curing agent therefor, (C) a flaky stainless powder, (D) an organic solvent and, as necessary, (E) a pigment and (F) various additives. The preferred compounding ratios of the respective components based on 100 pts.wt. component A in the coating film-forming component (solid content) are preferably 0.5-20 pts.wt. component B, 5-20 pts.wt. component C and 0-100 pts.wt. component E. Since the composition is capable of forming a coating film having excellent heat, acid and oil resistances and adhesion, the composition is thereby suitable for a coating material for inner surfaces of a chimney and a flue of various thermal power plants such as coal fired and LNG fired ones and capable of further prolonging the useful life of the inner surfaces of the chimney and flue.

Running of the device 8 on the rails 7 results in movement of the nozzle 24 along the inner wall surface of the object 2. Through utilization of a distance detector 26, attached to the nozzle 24 and measuring a distance between the nozzle and the lining-applying part of the inner wall surface of the object 2, and a distance detector 27 for comparing reference disposed at a portion except for the nozzle part 24 part, based on the distance measuring date of the distance detector 27, measuring data is compared, and computed and processed to determine a measuring position and a substantial lining thickness in said spot.

摘要： PURPOSE:To make it possible to automatically measure the thickness of a lining with high accuracy, by measuring the distance up to a cylinder in such a state that an ultrasonic sensor is opposed to the cylinder and a lath and subsequently applying a lining material to both of them and, thereafter, measuring the distance between said sensor and the lining material in the same way to calculate the difference between both distances. CONSTITUTION:An ultrasonic wave is projected toward a cylinder 1 such as a flue tube and a lath (electrolytic solution metal net) 5 and, by utilizing that the cylinder 1 and the latch 5 are different in the receiving sensitivity of the ultrasonic wave, the distance D1 from the ultrasonic sensor 15 to the cylinder 1 and the distance D2 from said sensor 15 to the latch 5 are measured. Next, a lining material 6 is applied to the surfaces of the cylinder 1 and the lath 5 and the distance D3 from the ultrasonic ensor 15 arranged at the same position to the surface of the lining material 6 is measured. The difference D1-D3 of the measured distances is calculated to determine the thickness of the lining material 6.
