摘要： PURPOSE:To travel without any limitation range by holding a welding truck with contact and to perform a horizontal welding with less malfunctions by providing a sub truck separately with the welding truck, by loading the balancer to suspend a wire feeding device, control device and welding base and by traveling simultaneously with the welding truck. CONSTITUTION:The rail 1 for traveling a welding truck 2 is set up on the surface of a base metal 100 by a magnet 10. The welding truck 2 is then suspended on the traveling rail 1 via a driving wheel 11. A driving mechanism 3, torch position driving mechanism 4, relay device 12 and welding torch 8 are then loaded on the welding truck 2 and besides by providing the substruck 20 to travel on a rail 18 on a work surface plate the supporting rod 15 suspending a welding wire 5, wire feeding device 6, control device 9, welding truck position detecting device 13 and balancer 17 and the substruck driving device are loaded. Consequently the horizontal welding is performed with the pursuit travel to the welding truck 2 by holding the welding truck 2 surely.

The inserting hole 5a through which the additional wire 20 is inserted is provided with a cap 22 formed of ceramics which has high resistance to high temperatures, an excellent insulation performance, and characteristics with which the molten metal forming the molten pool 4 hardly sticks to the ceramics. The additional wire 20 is inserted through a hole 23 formed at the center of the cap 22.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for magnetically controlled welding for a narrow bevel which can attain proper welding execution and high efficiency welding without generating welding defect such as undercut and overlap even at narrow bevel welding when manufacturing steel shapes structure. SOLUTION: A wire 6 or an electrode 5 is arranged by inserting it in the narrow grove 29 and welding is executed by a welding power source 18 and at that time current 25 is made to flow between a filler wire 7 and a welding electrode 7 in a direction crossing inside of a molten pool 3. Otherwise in the molten pool 3 formed at a post stream side of arc, perpendicular magnetic field 23 is applied to an iron core and further a magnetic field leakage preventing coil 10 is surrounded around an outer periphery of the iron core except a top end thereof. Consequently magnetic lines of force are made to enter the narrow bevel 29 by the iron core 5 and further the magnetic lines of force are made to act only on the molten pool 3 by surrounding the magnetic field leakage preventing coil 10 around the entered iron core 5.

摘要： PURPOSE:To shorten a construction period, by a method wherein a work platform mechanism is lifted by jacking-up devices being raised along external board-reinforcing members, following which a set of horizontal beams are stacked in multistage shape and the work platform mechanism is simultaneously raised, and thus blocks of a towerlike structure and horizontal beams are fixed. CONSTITUTION:Internal and external cylindrical blocks 3a, 4a are progressively lifted by a tower crane 1, and the external cylindrical blocks 4a divided and the internal cylindrical blocks 3a are respectively installed at an upper work platform 11a and at a lower work platform 11b. After that, the work platforms 11a, 11b are lifted by jacking-up devices, the masts 10 are moved to the most upper position and supporting devices for the masts 10 are engaged with a ring 12. During this work, horizontal beams 7 are placed, following which the stoppers 91, 92 are allowed to break away from the ring 12 and the jacking-up devices are lowered by operating and thus the guide supports 9 rise.
