    • PURPOSE:To compact a relief damper as an integrated structure by out-fitting a spring on an operation shaft so as to energize 2 cover body always to a discharge side opening of a hollow cylindrical body, and providing a lock mechanism to determine an operation shaft stopping position so as to hold a fully closed or fully opened condition of a discharge side opening of the cover body. CONSTITUTION:In the case of a release, a synchronous motor 42 of an operation lock mechanism 24 is rotated when a release switch is turned on, and an operation shaft 16 is moved to the release side and when a notch of a rotary plate 62 is engaged with a limit switch 66, the operation shaft 16 is held in a maximum release side position, and an air pressure releases an opening 12b. Pressure air is relieved, and a cover body 18 is displaced to the high pressure side up to becoming a preset pressure by means of a energizing spring 28, and when the opening 12b is blocked up, an slidable sleeve body 26b is engaged with a cover body closing limit switch 72, and the synchronous motor 42 is rotated by means of this signal, and when a notch of a rotary plate 64 is engaged with a limit switch 68, the operation shaft 16 is stopped/held in a maximum retreat side position, so that the opening 12b can be blocked up reliably. In such a constitution, a relief mechanism and a blocking mechanism can be formed in integral structure.

    • PURPOSE:To relieve high pressure side air in a short time by providing a spring to energize a release side opening of a cover body of a hollow cylindrical body in the blocking-up direction and a preset pressure regulating device having a roller body to roll while being engaged with the engaging surface of an operation shaft. CONSTITUTION:An energizing spring 20 is installed in a housing frame body 30 in a natural length or by being compressed slightly and when a pressure is changed on the high pressure side P1, a blocking-up condition is locked/held up to becoming a preset wind pressure. A release of a cover body 18 is started by energizing lock rings 54 and 55 into an inverted angle shape by means of an energizing device 56 of a preset pressure regualting device 52, and in the case where a roller body 50 gets over the first engaging surface 46a, it does not get over the engaging surface up to becoming a certain air pressure due to the resistance force, but when it gets over the engaging surface and gets over also a corner square part 47 and is once engaged with the second engaging surface 46b, the roller body 50 moves on the second engaging surface 46b to the stress side even under a slight wind pressure, and moves an operation shaft upward in a short time. In such a constitution, high pressure side air can be relieved reliably/stably.

    • PURPOSE:To securely seal the outer periphral parts of each dome section without hindering various equipments at the outer periphery of the opening and closing dome. CONSTITUTION:A movable dome section 46 at the upper stage side protrudes outward from the opening corner at the inner periphery of a recessed part 96. A rubber sheet 100 contacting the inner peripheral face of the recession 96 is suspended at the under face thereof. The sheet 100 is arranged in the whole arc peripheral edge of the movable dome section 46 to seal the clearance from the wall body 12. A plurality of fins 102 are protruded at the inside of the sheet 100 so as to usually contact a lightning pipe 104 in order to increase a sealing function by the sheet 100. The lightning pipe 104 is arranged all along the wall body 12 and it is supported on the wall body 12 and grounded. That is, the lightning pipe 104 serves not only as a sealing member but also as a lightning arrester.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent deformation of a sealing material resulting from the gravitation when sealing a vertical clearance and keep an appropriate shape to securely seal a dome. CONSTITUTION:Vertical wall tubes 84, 86 are fitted to vertical walls 78, 80 respectively, which are separated when opening a dome and brought to their approach when closing. The vertical wall tubes 84, 86 get in contact with each other in the closed condition of the dome to seal the clearance between the vertical walls 78, 80. A cylinder rod 90 equipped with a pressing plate 94 is contained in the vertical tubes 84, 86, respectively. A cylinder body 92 is fixed at the opposite side against the arranged side of the vertical wall tubes 84, 86 in the vertical walls 78, 80 so as to extend or contract the cylinder rod 90 by the hydraulic pressure. As the vertical wall tubes 84,86 are laterally pressed with the pressing plate 94 by the extension of the cylinder rod 90, the vertical wall tubes 84, 86 are loosened resulting from the gravity and hence, they are mutually made close.

    • PURPOSE:To enhance the working efficiency in a sealing work of the clearance between dome sections, by swelling tubes in an efficient shape and reducing the air volume to be supplied in the tube. CONSTITUTION:Guide plates 64 are fitted so as to surround a main tube 60. The lower half of main tube 60 is restrictively expanded to form an elliptic shape. The opening end of a sub-tube 62 is fitted at the upper side of the main tube 60 to connect to the inside of the main tube 60 and to form a two-stage structure (gourd-shaped structure) as a whole. When the dome is in the opened condition or the movable dome sections 48 are rotated and transferred, since the air within the sub-tube 62 and the main tube 60 are discharged and the tubes are contracted, they do not contact the upper dome section. In the closed condition of the dome, air is supplied into the sub-tube 62 and the main tube 60 to swell them and to force the sub-tube 62 to get in contact with the movable dome sections 48 inn order to seal the clearance between the domes.
