    • PURPOSE:To relieve high pressure side air in a short time by providing a spring to energize a release side opening of a cover body of a hollow cylindrical body in the blocking-up direction and a preset pressure regulating device having a roller body to roll while being engaged with the engaging surface of an operation shaft. CONSTITUTION:An energizing spring 20 is installed in a housing frame body 30 in a natural length or by being compressed slightly and when a pressure is changed on the high pressure side P1, a blocking-up condition is locked/held up to becoming a preset wind pressure. A release of a cover body 18 is started by energizing lock rings 54 and 55 into an inverted angle shape by means of an energizing device 56 of a preset pressure regualting device 52, and in the case where a roller body 50 gets over the first engaging surface 46a, it does not get over the engaging surface up to becoming a certain air pressure due to the resistance force, but when it gets over the engaging surface and gets over also a corner square part 47 and is once engaged with the second engaging surface 46b, the roller body 50 moves on the second engaging surface 46b to the stress side even under a slight wind pressure, and moves an operation shaft upward in a short time. In such a constitution, high pressure side air can be relieved reliably/stably.

    • PURPOSE:To compact a relief damper as an integrated structure by out-fitting a spring on an operation shaft so as to energize 2 cover body always to a discharge side opening of a hollow cylindrical body, and providing a lock mechanism to determine an operation shaft stopping position so as to hold a fully closed or fully opened condition of a discharge side opening of the cover body. CONSTITUTION:In the case of a release, a synchronous motor 42 of an operation lock mechanism 24 is rotated when a release switch is turned on, and an operation shaft 16 is moved to the release side and when a notch of a rotary plate 62 is engaged with a limit switch 66, the operation shaft 16 is held in a maximum release side position, and an air pressure releases an opening 12b. Pressure air is relieved, and a cover body 18 is displaced to the high pressure side up to becoming a preset pressure by means of a energizing spring 28, and when the opening 12b is blocked up, an slidable sleeve body 26b is engaged with a cover body closing limit switch 72, and the synchronous motor 42 is rotated by means of this signal, and when a notch of a rotary plate 64 is engaged with a limit switch 68, the operation shaft 16 is stopped/held in a maximum retreat side position, so that the opening 12b can be blocked up reliably. In such a constitution, a relief mechanism and a blocking mechanism can be formed in integral structure.

    • PURPOSE:To make it possible to let out air downward vertically to a ceiling surface or obliquely precisely even at an arbitrary intermediate angle and thereby to prevent occurrence of noise and an increase of a pressure loss by providing a virtually hollow cylindrical vane body of an air direction regulator with openings communicating with the inside and having the same width virtually. CONSTITUTION:An outlet frame 16 having a rectangular outlet opened on the lower side so as to let out conditioned air is provided in an air outlet part of a ceiling surface C, and an air direction regulator 10 is supported axially and rotatably at a lower position in this outlet frame 16. The air direction regulator 10 is formed of a virtually hollow cylindrical vane body 17, and the vane body 17 has a section made to be along a circle inscribed substantially in the outlet frame 16 and has openings 30a and 30b formed at opposite and virtually symmetric positions of this circle. Besides, a pair of circular-arc long plates 32a and 32b so disposed as to have two opposite slender cuts in the cylindrical peripheral surfaces are provided, and the direction of air is regulated by changing the directions of flow passages of the air formed by the openings 30a and 30b.

    • PURPOSE:To perform ventilation by resiliently energizing first and second movable blades in opposite directions by bias springs and shape memory springs having transformation temperatures different from each other thereby making the openings of first and second movable blades naturally and automatically communicate with each other without using any outside driving apparatus. CONSTITUTION:First and second shape memory springs 32 and 40, respectively, are transformed at temperatures different from each other. In a given set temperature range, the first and second shape memory springs 32 and 40 permit the openings of first and second fixed blades 18 and 24 and the first and second movable blades 32 and 40, respectively, to communicate with each other to allow the outside and inside air to automatically communicate with each other and, in the other temperature ranges, close the openings of the movable blade 22 (28) and the fixed blade 18 (24) of at least one of blade pairs. Therefore, a wind passage can be opened by combining the shape memory springs with transformation temperatures different from each other to make all the openings communicate with one another in the given set temperature range. Thus, a communication and ventilation can be simply and easily performed.
