摘要： PURPOSE:To make it possible to surely line all sections while ensuring the stabilization of a bedrock in the relatively hard solidification ground and to execute simultaneously excavation and lining efficiently and economically. CONSTITUTION:A bedrock is excavated in a tunnel arch shape by an arch excavator 3 provided at the front end of a skin plate 2 of a shield machine having an arch shaped section. While carrying out excavated muck backward a screw conveyer 20 provided at the lower ends on both sides of the shield machine 1, the bedrock inside the shield machine 1 is excavated and, at the same time, a movable form 32 is provided behind the excavating section to make lining. The lining concrete 34 is used as reaction force to drive intermittently the shield machine 1.

摘要： PURPOSE:To heighten the rigidity of lining and improve water stop performance by forming a slot drilling device of a pipe body, pierced with an earth auger rotatably therein, and jacks for expanding buckets pivotally fixed at both side faces of the pipe body tip part. CONSTITUTION:When an earth auger 2 facing a tunnelling face is rotated and a movable truck 12 is pushed forward to drill a circular hole (a), an outer pipe 1 is also moved forward integrally with the earth auger 2 so as to bring buckets 7, 7 into contact with the cutting face. When bucket operating jacks 9, 9 are then elongated, the buckets 7, 7 are rotated to drill holes (b), (b) of rectangular cross section into the ground on both sides of the circular hole (a). The drilled sediment are drawn onto the earth auger 2 side by the buckets 7, 7 and discharged to the rear through the inside of the outer pipe 1. Such operation is repeated to drill a slot A of the specified length. Highly accurate prelining can be thereby performed.

CONSTITUTION:The rear part of a preceding drilling machine 5 is disposed on a guide base 11 and connected to a movable base 9, and an earth auger 2 is rotated by rotating drive mechanism 10 to push the movable base 9 forward along the inclined guide base 11 so as to drill a slot 8. A casing 5a is then pulled out together with the earth auger 7, and concrete is filled into the pulled- out slot B to form a one-element prelining part 1 provided with protruding faces 3, 3 on both ends. A succeeding drilling machine 6 is then used to drill between the adjacent prelinings 1, 1, and concrete is filled into each slot C formed at a recessed face. Prelining A of constant thickness can be thus formed.

摘要： PURPOSE:To heighten the safety of inversion work and prevent a wheel from being shocked at the inversion of the bucket of a reclaimer, by providing an operating rod and a lever for securing the bucket, on the wheel to all mechanically perform the inversion work. CONSTITUTION:To invert a bucket 3a, the guide member of a guide unit 11 is moved down and a wheel 1 is turned clockwise. When the guide member 14 has pushed an operating rod 5 against a spring 6, an engaging member 8 is moved to a recess 10. At the same time, the brim 9a of the bucket 3a is disengaged from the member 8. With the turning of the wheel 1, the bucket 3a turns over due to its weight and the opposite brim part is put on a following engaging member 8. As the bucket 3a approaches a guide unit 12, a following operating rod 5 is pushed by the guide member of the guide unit against the spring 6 so that the following engaging member 8 is fitted into the recess 10. The operating rod 5 is then returned to the original position by the spring 6. As a result, the bucket 3a is secured in an inverted state.
