    • PURPOSE:To enable accurate discrimination of a peeling condition, by measuring temperature in the course of rising back to the original temperature after the quenching of a facing to perform an image processing. CONSTITUTION:When a cooling liquid 10, a mixture of water and alcohol, is pressurized up to several ten atm. with a high pressure pump 9 and sprayed to a concrete wall body 2 having a facing 1 through a nozzle 7 from a cooling liquid tank 8, the temperature of the facing 1 lowers quickly at the time C a bit after the time B when the spraying ends because of heat of alcohol evaporation starting from the time A when the facing 1 is equal to the outside temperature. Thereafter, the temperature of the surface of the facing 1 rises gradually with the outside temperature and a temperature curve 1 for the surface of a sound part of the facing 1 gives a quicker rise in the temperature as compared with a temperature curve II of the surface of a peeling part and then, a temperature difference therebetween is very marked at the time D. Thus, a temperature image is recorded on a data recorder 16 with an infrared camera 13 at the time C and E, and then, a difference between both the temperature images can be determined by an image processing with an image processor 17.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the extra removing work of a concrete core unnecessary by a method wherein the concrete core developing through the boring with a core bit is discharged outside through the hollow part of the core bit and the hollow part of a drill shaft. SOLUTION: The core bit 14 of a boring machine is registered to a boring position on a concrete surface 20. After the settlement of the position of a trestle 1, the trestle 1 is bound with a temporary or regular anchor 31 to the concrete surface 20. Then, by fixing a waterstop through pressure bonding, an enclosedly structured coolant storage chamber 21 is completed. By utilizing the coolant storage chamber 21, a coolant is fed to the core bit 14 so as to start the boring of the concrete 20 with the core bit 14. A rotary shaft 4 and a drill shaft 15 are rotated by a driving motor 5. A driving part 3 and the core bit 14 are fed by patch by pitch by a level handle 25. The coolant in the coolant storage chamber 21 is sucked through a hose 24 and then discharged outside through a hollow part 16 or the like. Thus, the drawing work of a concrete core out of the core bit 14 is made unnecessary and the labor for a boring work can be reduced.
