摘要： PURPOSE:To reduce work load of workers for erecting a reinforced steel cage by movably supporting the steel cage by driving rollers, restraining main bars by projections of the driving rollers and adjusting distance between driving rollers in compliance with outer diameter of the steel cage. CONSTITUTION:The distance between the driving rollers 22 and 24 is adjusted in compliance with the outer diameter of the reinforced steel cage 20. Several main bars 20A are arranged with specific distance between supporting and rotating parts 14 arranged opposing with each other. Reinforcing bars 20B preliminarily worked to be round shaped are arranged with specific distances and welded to the main bars 20A. When the driving rollers 22 and 24 are driven, the main bars 20A of the steel cage 20 under erecting are hooked by projections 36B of the driving rollers 22 and 24 and the steel cage is rotated. Next main bar 20A is welded after the steel cage 20 is rotated to an adequate working position. The working load of workers is reduced since it is needless to highly raise the main bars 20A.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To construct a rectangular earth retaining soil wall easily by digging the ground by a rectangular earth retaining soil column row wall excavator on which a vibration plate is attached, scraping out earth which is not digged out by the vibration plate, and pouring stabilizer and solidifying it. SOLUTION: A vibration plate 8 which forms a vertical plate and vibrates in the vertical direction is provided at an intermediate position between two adjacent digging bits in plan at a position just close to a shaft interval hold member when viewed in the direction of elevation and a stirring blade. A material of the vibration plate 8 is steel, and it is made of steel in the groove shape having a flange 8a on both sides. It has a tapered shape when viewed in the direction of side and is arranged in parallel with both outside positions of a stirring digging shaft 1 at the same interval as diameter of tip circle of the digging bit and the stirring blade. While the ground is digged down to required depth by the digging stirring shaft 1, a part which is not digged is scraped out by the vibration plate 8, and stabilizer is poured into the soil, stirred, mixed, and solidified. Consequently, it is possible to construct a rectangular earth retaining soil wall easily irrespective of type of ground and constitution of ground layer.

Consequently, when the wall A1 is washed utilizing the suspended scaffold, washing water after the washing is guided by the body 4 and recovered into the tank 3 through the floor 2 so that the washing water is prevented from moistening the wall A1 or from scattering to the surroundings.

The mounting operation of an upper beam onto a column 13 and ancillary operation are performed on a working stage 11 by using a lifter 10, and a truck-rail lifting device is driven after operation and inner rails 5 are elevated. When the truck 1 is shifted in the direction orthogonal to a travelling rail 6, the truck 1 is moved along a pair of the beams 8, 8' by the traversing wheels 3', and the travelling rail 6 is sent out forwards. Accordingly, operation can be executed easily without employing a temporary scaffolding.

A vertical stiffener 72 is cut into a reset size, conveyed to the assembling yard 64, and arranged below the plywood 26 synchronously with it by a vertical stiffener feeding device 12. A horizontal stiffener 96 cut into a proper size is pressed tot he lower face of the plywood 26 from the below of the assembling yard 64 by a horizontal stiffener feeding device 16. The plywood 26 is fixed to the vertical stiffener 72 and the horizontal stiffener 96 by a nailing device 16, and the manufacture of a old 140 used at the preset portion is completed.

摘要： PURPOSE:To make work for moving of top reinforcements easy by a method wherein a reaction force engaging part is provided to the front end of a frame body and a support pole is erected on its rear part, and a handle and a reinforcement moving member are fixed respectively with shafts to the support pole, and a reinforcement engaging part is provided to the lower end of said support pole. CONSTITUTION:A support pole 5 is erected on a frame body 4 equipped with a reaction force engaging part 3 which engages with a stirrup 2 of a precast concrete beam 1, and a handle 6 is fixed with a shaft 7 to the upper end of the support pole 5 so that the handle turns round the shaft. A reinforcement moving member 9 equipped with an reinforcement engaging part 8 is fixed with a shaft 10 to the lower end of the handle 6 so that the reinforcement moving member turns round the shaft. The frame body 4 is placed over the stirrups 2 with the reaction force engaging part 3 engaged with one of the stirrups 2, and by pushing the handle 6 down, a top reinforcement is moved for connection with an adjoining top reinforcement. Thereby the reinforcements that are heavy in weight can be moved easily.
