摘要： PURPOSE:To raise the efficiency of operations by a method in which a side bit having a cutter on its lower end, together with a discharger and a casing which are provided in parallel, is provided on both outsides of a casing, and the axis is positioned near the vertical contact line of the outermost peripheral end of a large diameter disc cutter. CONSTITUTION:Large-size disc cutters 34 with thin walls, having a discharger 30 for excavated soil on its center and two vertical cylinder casings 32 on both sides, are provided, and their turning shafts are provided horizontally and symmetrically on the same plain. A side bit 38 with a wind cutter 36 is provided to the outside of the casing 32 in relation to the discharger 30, where the bits 38 are set symmetrically in the same plain with the discharger 30 and the casing 32 with the same pitch P. The axis of the bit 38 is positioned near the vertical contact line of the outermost peripheral end of the cutter 34. Operations can thus be made with high accuracy and high efficiency.

摘要： PURPOSE:To aim at the saving of mandays and reduction of a construction cost by furnishing a chain cutter for boring a water shield hole between a pair of buckets for boring a round hole, leading drilled sediment from the lower opening portion of the bucket to the bucket, discharging the sediment from the upper opening portion and constructing a round hole and a water shield wall hole simultaneously. CONSTITUTION:While round holes are bored by a pair of buckets 28A, 28B at both of the lower portions of a drilling machine body 22, sediment drilled from the lower opening portion of the buckets 28A, 28B is led to the buckets 28A, 28B. At the same time, a thin wall like drilling hole is bored by chain cutters 26A, 26B furnished between a pair of the bucket 28A, 28B to construct a water shield water. The sediment is flowed from the upper opening portion of the buckets 28A, 28B and the drilling machine body 22 is pulled up to discharge the sediment. Consequently, the round drilling holes and the water shield wall hole can be drilled simultaneously.

摘要： PURPOSE:To stably swing an excavating unit, by pivoting respective ends of a couple of swinging cylinders at a mast and pivoting other ends thereof at the base and further, extending one of them and contracting the other. CONSTITUTION:A base 40 on which an excavating unit 48 is mounted is pivoted at a mast 30 upwards and also pivoted at the base 10 downwards. Next, respective ends of a couple of swinging cylinders 18, 20 are pivoted symmetrically against the mast 30 at the deviated position from the rotary center of the mast 30 and the other end is pivoted at the base 10. And one of the both swinging cylinders 18, 20 is extended and the other ends are contracted to transfer the excavating unit 48 along the circular line in a wide range by means of swinging the mast 30. Moreover, the mast 30 is moved up and downward by actuation of lifting cylinders 36 and the excavating unit 48 is variouly transferred as an arch.

摘要： PURPOSE:To reduce man-powers and construction cost with excavation and earth-removal regardless of the water level in a bored hole, by providing a couple of buckets or wing bits in an excavator and arranging a chain cutter between them to excavate an impervious wall hole. CONSTITUTION:A pair of buckets 28A, 28B or a pair of wing bits 36A, 36B are fitted replaceably to a longitudinally formed excavator body 22 respectively. Next, chain cutters 26A, 26B are arranged between respective buckets 28A, 28B or wing bits 36A, 36B and soil is removed to the ground level while a pair of circular holes and thin wall holes are excavated. The buckets 28A, 28B and the wing bits 36A, 36B are inserted into the bored round holes every one pitch to form an impervious wall hole connected to the intermediate part excavated by use of the round hole as a guide hole. In this way, execution stages and man-powers are reduced and suitably fitted pits can be easily obtained.
