摘要： PURPOSE:To show a quantity of abrasion not exceeding one tenth as compared with ordinary concrete not impregnated with resin, by a method wherein a concrete base is impregnated with a monomer into which a polymerization initiator is dissolved, then heated and the monomer is polymerized. CONSTITUTION:After concrete for which ceramic material is used as aggregate is hardened sufficiently, dried up to a dried condition by a fan drier and cooled down to a room temperature after that. Then the concrete base is put into a vacuum vessel and a gaseous component in the concrete base is deaerated. When the monomer in such a quantity that the whole of the concrete base in a vacuous state vessel can be immersed is cast into the vessel, the monomer is infiltrated away into a pore part of the concrete base up to the inside of the same. As for the infiltrated monomer, a radical is generated by a polymerization initiator through heating, polymerization is initiated by reacting on a double bond of the monomer and furthermore the polymerization is advanced by a chain reaction of the radical of the other monomer.

SOLUTION: In a clean room conveying device provided with a stocker function, a storage chamber 4 of an object 3 to be conveyed provided with an interception door 2 is constituted in a conveying device body 1, and a pure air supply part 7 provided with a fan 5 and a filter 6 which does not generate a gaseous contaminant is constituted in an upper part of the storage chamber 4, and also a bottom wall of the storage chamber is constituted as a ventilative bottom wall 8, and an circulating air passage 9 reaching from downward of the bottom wall of the storage chamber to the pure air supply part is constituted, and also an air inlet 10 is constituted in the circulating air passage. Preferably, the circulating air passage 9 is provided with a chemical filter 12 on an upstream side of the pure air supply part. Furthermore, the circulating air passage 9 can be provided with a cooling coil 13 for maintaining temperatures in the storage chamber.

In the method, at least part of the reinforcing fibers is formed of glass fibers, and at least part of the synthetic resin is formed of a low elastic thermosetting resin. By using a reinforcing material with a ductile property in place of a conventional one with a brittle property formed of carbon fibers and a thermosetting resin, explosive destruction under a high-speed load can be prevented. Further, employment of the low elastic thermosetting resin facilitates the construction works in the field.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove a sleeve easily after concrete placement by forming the outer peripheral surface of a sleeve which provides an opening (hole) on the opening of a concrete structure, such as beams, walls and slabs with alkaline decomposable polyester resin. SOLUTION: A sleeve 1 (raw hole forming form) consisting of alkaline degradable polyester resin at least on the outer peripheral surface is set up at a set-up position of utility piping for a plumbing system or an air conditioning duct or the like. It is also possible to form the whole sleeve with alkaline degradable polyester-based resin. Alkaline hydrolytic degradable aliphatic series or aromatic polyester is adopted for this polyester resin while they may be replaced with a polymer manufactured with chemical synthesis or microbes. This sleeve 1 is mounted on the form and concrete 5 is placed so that the concrete 5 may be cured and decomposed (eroded) with alkali contained in the concrete in parallel to the concrete curing, thereby forming a clearance 6 between a concrete structure 5 and the form. This construction makes it possible to remove the sleeve 1 with ease.
