      SOLUTION: Terminals 20a-20d for making communication with an optical signal are provided to computers 10a-10d on a floor 1a on which the computers 10a, 10b are installed and on a floor 1b on which the computers 10c, 10d are installed and adaptors 30a-30d for making communication with the terminals 20a-20d by an optical signal are placed on ceiling faces 3a, 3d immediately above the terminals 20a-20d, and the adaptors 30a-30d are wired along the ceilings and walls in communication enabled manner.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for lifting an exterior wall panel and attaching it to a building frame by enhancing work efficiency and work safety even though there is an obstacle near the building frame tilted in an overhang state. SOLUTION: An exterior wall panel 22 is placed on a panel support base on a work bench, and the exterior wall panel 22 is placed in a state tilted as same as a rail member 10. Next, an end portion of the exterior wall panel 22 is inserted to a panel supporting and reversing mechanism of a carrying frame body 24 directed to the side of the work bench 20. Next, the exterior panel 22 is gradually raised and fixed to the carrying frame body 24. Next, a wire 40 is winded up by the operation of a winch 42. By doing this, the carrying frame body 24 is guided by an upper guide roller portion and a lower guide roller portion and moved upward along a rail member 10. Then, when the exterior wall panel 22 rises to a predetermined position, a panel traversing mechanism is operated, the exterior wall panel 22 on the carrying frame body 24 is moved to the side of an existing exterior wall panel already attached in a row and then the wall panel 22 is attached adjacently to the existing exterior wall panel in a row.
