      SOLUTION: A mounting hole 32 is provided nearly in the center of the recess 31 of a cup holder 3. An extended portion 43 forming a bottom in a space portion 42 extended from the lower end of the frame 41 and surrounded by a frame 41 is provided in a bracket 4 and a mounting hole 44 is provided in the extended portion 43. Pawls 45 are provided in the frame 41 of the bracket 4. The bracket 4 is fixed to a cushion frame 21. Slits 26 corresponding to the pawls 45 are provided in the skin gusset 25 of a sheet skin 24, whereby the skin gusset 25 can be fixed to the bracket 4. A protrusion 52 is provided in a cover 5, and a rib 53 is provided in the protrusion 52. By passing a clip 61 through the mounting hole 32 of the cup holder 3, the mounting hole 44 of the bracket 4 and the protrusion 52 of the cover 5, the cup holder 3 and the cover 5 are tightened together.
