    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a system for removing sediment from a dam, which enable the removal of the sediment with a large grain size, and which hardly cause a rise in a river bed of a river downstream from a dam body.
      SOLUTION: This system 1 for removing the sediment from the dam, which removes the sediment (sediment T) accumulated in the dam storage reservoir L of the dam D constructed in the river R, comprises: a dredger 2 which serves as a sediment sampling means for sampling the sediment T; sediment conveying equipment 3 for conveying the sediment T from the dredger 2; a sediment crushing plant 4 which serves as a sediment crushing means for crushing the sediment T; and fine-sand conveying equipment 5 for conveying fine sand S to a planned sediment area A which is provided directly upstream of the dam D from the plant 4.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely fix a building by arranging a steel plate larger than the floor area on the lower surface, interposing a height adjusting device between the steel plate and the floor under surface, and further fastening the steel plate and the building by a fastening device. SOLUTION: A height adjusting member 3 is installed on a steel plate 2 laid on the ground surface, a temporary building 1 is assembled in order from a floor frame first to adjust the height adjusting member 3, and the building 1 is secured horizontally. In this case, the floor frame and the steel plate 2 are fixed to each other simply and quickly through a fastening member 4, whereby at the time of storm, the steel plate 2 arranged under the building 1 is functioned as a weight to inhibit overturn and movement of the building 1 due to wind pressure. When transferring, the fastening member 4 is simply disassembled and removed. Accordingly, it is not necessary to stretch many wires obliquely in the periphery, and even if the ground has a little gradient, the building 1 can be installed horizontally by adjustment of the height adjusting member 3. Thus, the steel plate 2 wider than the whole area of the building 1 is laid to prevent the occurrence of uneven settlement even when the grounding pressure is small and the ground is soft.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To recognize danger in surrounding environment and to evacuate safely at an emergency by unifying by a color the moving objects to which workers' approach is prohibited on a construction job site where various construction machinery and construction materials are located and unifying the fixed objects with a color different from that of moving objects. SOLUTION: Various machinery and materials on the construction job site are roughly classified into moving objects and fixed objects. Next, each of moving objects is painted with all unified same color different from that unified for fixed objects. The moving objects are such as bulldozer, shovel type excavator, loader, crane, pile driving tower or the like which move on the job site and create danger situation and thus the workers are prohibited to freely approach these machines. For these machines, the color is unified with an orange-based or yellow-based color which gives a feeling of danger to the workers. Then, fixed objects such as a fence, handrail, temporary scaffolding, concrete form, timbering or the like is unified with a greenbased color. Therefore, the workers pay more attention to the safety and quickly and safely evacuate during emergency. In this way, the safety management can be enhanced in various construction job sites.
