    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat sink with a bonding film which can be bonded efficiently and strongly to a bonded body with high dimensional accuracy under low temperature, with a thin bonding film interposed therebetween, and can thereby dissipate heat of the bonded body efficiently, and to provide a method of bonding a bonded body and a heat sink so that the heat of the bonded body can be dissipated efficiently, and a highly reliable display device including a heat sink with a bonding film.SOLUTION: A heat sink 1 with a bonding film has a heat sink 2, and a bonding film 3 provided on the heat sink 2, and can be bonded to a reflector 4 (bonded body). The bonding film 3 is a film including an Si skeleton having a random atomic structure including a siloxane bond, and a desorption group being bonded to the Si skeleton. When energy is imparted to the bonding film 3, at least the desorption group existing near the surface is desorbed from the Si skeleton, and adhesiveness to the reflector 4 appears on the surface of the bonding film 3.
