    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an adverse effect on an MPPT controlling of an inverter circuit when a flexibility is maintained and a booster circuit starts an operation thereof while avoiding a cost raise. SOLUTION: A control unit 24 sets a maximum value Vmax of a standard input voltage to 0, reads a present standard input voltage Vs detected by a voltage sensor 23, and judges whether booster circuits 16A, 16B are stopping or not. When the booster circuits 16A, 16B are stopping, the control unit 24 reads the standard input voltage maximum value Vmax and compares the standard input voltage maximum value Vmax with the present standard input voltage Vs. When this present standard input voltage Vs is not more than the standard input voltage maximum value Vmax, the control unit 24 determines whether this voltage Vs is less than a value obtained by subtracting a booster circuit starting determining voltage Vn from the standard input voltage maximum value Vmax. When this voltage Vs is less than the value, a timer 25 starts a time check. When this low state continues for a longer time than a starting determining time Tn of an inverter circuit 8 and a timeout occurs, the control unit 24 starts operations of the booster circuits 16A, 16B.
