      SOLUTION: This apparatus is equipped with a pressurizing means for constantly applying a pressurizing force with constant pressure into each of individual sealed tanks for a resin agent and for a curing agent. Thus, labor for operations can be saved because a full-time operator for sucking in/infilling and feeding a base compound and the curing agent is made unnecessary. Additionally, since pressure for infilling and feeding a mixed filler is not decreased, stable filling operations can be performed by virtue of the absence of inconvenience such that the filler flows backward during the operations and air bubbles are produced in the filler due to a backflow, as in the case of a conventional apparatus.

      SOLUTION: The pad for the track is laid between a rail and a sleeper, and formed of the elastic plate having a width almost equal to the width of the rail, and the metallic plate bonded to an upper surface of the elastic plate. Then both ends of the metallic plate, extending in a rail lengthwise direction are protruded from both edges of the elastic plate and folded downward via a predetermined interval away from the edges of the elastic plate, to thereby form stoppers on both sides of the elastic plate. Further the metallic plate has engaging pieces formed on a lower surface thereof at locations closer to both the stoppers and corresponding to both the edges of the elastic plate, in a manner extending downward so as to abut on the respective edges of the elastic plate. Thus the elastic plate is rigidly held by the engaging pieces of the metallic plate to resist displacement thereof, and even if the displacement occurs, further displacement is inhibited by the stoppers at both edges of the metallic plate, which ensures double safety, to thereby further enhance the maintainability of the track.
