    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wall body and a steel sheet pile capable of providing the ground, having a sand layer posing a risk of liquefaction on an occurrence of an earthquake but performing high water permeability in normal time, with a drainage function for liquefaction restoration without inhibiting the water permeability in the normal time.SOLUTION: A planar resin material 13a configuring a drainage member is installed at an inside of a main body of a steel sheet pile 11 surrounded by a web 11a and flanges 11b thereof. The web 11a of the main body of the steel sheet pile 11 has many permeable holes 12 therein. Thus, an environmental-friendly steel sheet pile wall with a liquefaction countermeasure can be constructed in the ground by driving the steel sheet piles 11 with the drainage members into the ground while fitting left and right side joints 11c and 11d thereof. The permeable holes 12 in the web 11a of the main body of the steel sheet pile 11 enable underground water to smoothly flow without being interfered in normal time and thereby solving a problem with drawdown of a well or lowering of an underground water level behind the steel sheet pile wall. Also, the planar resin material 13a configuring the drainage member enables excess pore water pressure to be dispersed therethrough and thereby restraining liquefaction of the ground on an occurrence of an earthquake.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method of a steel sheet pile with a drainage function capable of being effectively executed without damaging a drainage member and a protection member.SOLUTION: A steel sheet pile 1 is set to a driving device 10 and a driving work of the steel sheet pile 1 is commenced. When the steel sheet pile 1 is driven down to a certain depth and a position where tips of a drainage member 2 and a protection member 3 to be attached to the steel sheet pile 1 is come down close to a ground level accordingly, the tips of the drainage member 2 and the protection member 3 are fixed to a tip fixing tool 4 provided on the steel sheet pile 1 while the tip fixing tool 4 is on the ground beneath the driving device 10. Then, the driving work is resumed until the steel sheet pile 1 is driven down to a prescribed depth while fixing the drainage member 2 and the protection member 3 to the steel sheet pile at discrete positions to prevent the same from being removed from the steel sheet pile 1. The drainage member 2 is cut off together with the steel sheet pile when the same are driven down to the prescribed depth. The driving work is completed after cutting off the protection member 3, in case of leaving the same in the ground, at a prescribed length in the same manner as the drainage member 2 or pulling out the protection member 3 for removal, in case of pulling out the same from the ground.
