By bending both end parts a shutter member for forming a shutter 20 for opening/closing the opening window 17 (32) in a longitudinal direction in a U-shape in the same planar direction, an opening/closing part 20a capable of opening/closing the opening window 17 and a pair of bending parts 20b and 20c continuing from both ends thereof are provided. One bending part 20b is engaged with one side surface part of the shell casing 11, the other bending part 20c is engaged with the other side surface part of the shell housing 11 and the shutter 20 is attached so as to be straddled over the shell casing 11.

    • PURPOSE:To record and reproduce information with a large optical head even when a disk cartridge is miniaturized by providing a connecting means on overlapped parts of more than one slide member and moving them under the overlapping state into a position of opening an aperture part for recording and reproducing an information signal. CONSTITUTION:The disk cartridge is equipped with a cartridge main body 1 and a shutter 6 consisting of a 1st slide member 4 and a 2nd slide member 5 to be freely movably fitted to this main body 1. The slide members 4 and 5 are equipped with the connecting means on their overlapped parts, and are moved under the overlapping state into the position of opening the aperture part 10 for recording and reproducing the information signal. Consequently, an enough aperture width of the aperture part 10 can be secured, and hence even when the disk cartridge is miniaturized, the information signal can be recorded and reproduced on the information recording medium by using such a large optical head or magnetic head as provided in the conventional information recording and reproducing device.

    • PURPOSE:To use the same magnetic transfer device for both the beta system and VHS system in common by providing a reproducing head and a recording head for a control signal on the traveling part of a slave tape after magnetic transfer and specifying the fitting interval between those heads. CONSTITUTION:The control signal CTL transferred magnetically to the slave tape 4 is reproduced by the reproducing head 11, passed through a reproducing amplifier 13, and waveform-shaped by a waveform shaping circuit 14. The waveform-shaped control signal CTL is supplied to a recording head 12 through a recording amplifier 15 and recorded on the slave tape 4 in a saturation state. The fitting interval H between the reproducing head 11 and recording head 12 is set as shown by an equation. In the equation Tbeta is the CTL pitch of the beta system and TVHS is the CTL pitch of the VHS system. Consequently, control signals recording in iota2 recording formats of the NTSC system which differ in the tape speed are recorded at corresponding CTL pitch by using the common magnetic transfer device 10.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of a dislocation of a relative position rela tion between a mother tape and a copy tape by providing an air reserving groove communicating to an air blow-out port on a tape running direction side from the air blow-out port of the wall surface opposed to a tape running surface of an air guide. CONSTITUTION:A strong pressure by air works on tapes 4-6 extending over a wide area from a transfer part T to a detaching part U. That is to way, the pressure in the transfer part T becomes maximum, and the pressure drops in the tape running direction side or the opposite tape running direction side from said part, but since an air reserving groove 22 is provided, a drop rate of its pressure in the area corresponding to its air reserving groove 22 is extremely low. Also, pressure of 90-98% against the maximum value, in other words, pressure which is scarcely changed from the pressure in the transfer part T can be operated on a transferred part positioned between the transfer part T and the detaching part U of the tapes 4-6. In this way, even if a varia tion is generated in a tension of a copy tape 4 and a mother tape 5, a disloca tion of a relative position relation between the tape 4 and 5 is not generated in its transferred part.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent damages to a tape with simple construction, by forming an air gap functioning as a air duct at the opposing part of a magnetic head tip generating a transfer bias magnetic field to the tape and pressing each tape on a rotary drum circumference. CONSTITUTION:A magnetic head 8 generating a transfer bias magnetic field is formed by winding a coil 10 around a magnetic core 9, and an air gap 12 communicating a core internal space 11 with the outside is formed at the position of the core 9 opposing to the tape and a rotary drum 3. The air gap 12 is an air gap serving as an air duct without interposing a spacer, and a housing 13 of almost rectangular parallelopiped having an opening at one side is provided to surround the magnetic head 8. The opening of the case 13 is formed in a circular shape so as to be faced to the rotary drum along the drum circumference, and side walls 14, 15 are in close contact with both ends of the core 9 of the magnetic head 8. Further, static pressure chambers 16, 17 surrounded with the housing 13 and the core 9 are formed before and behind the magnetic head 8 along the tape running direction.
