The top end part 27 of the valve shaft 23 is fixed to a pressure receiving body which is displaceable in axial direction for partitioning a pilot chamber 28 and a main feed back chamber 29, the pilot chamber 28 is communicated with the P port, and the main feed back chamber 29 is communicated with the A port. A throttle valve and a check valve are provided is parallel in a passage for communicating the P port and the Pilot chamber 28 with each other so as to regulate the flow amount of gas which flows from the P port to the pilot chamber 28.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mandrel for a tube bender suffering a reduced change in a cross sectional shape in bending. SOLUTION: The mandrel for a tube bender in which mandrel pieces having an outer peripheral face of a prescribed width corresponding to a tube inner peripheral face to be bent, a bearing arranged to one end side in the axial direction and an object to be supported by a bearing arranged to the other end in the axial direction are engaged with each other by an adjacent bearing and object to be supported and the mandrel pieces are connected in a freely undulating way is inserted into the inside of a bending part of the tube so as to prevent a cross section of the tube from deforming. One end side part of the outer peripheral face of the mandrel piece in the axial direction is made to a spherical face located at a prescribed radius from an undulation center of the bearing and the object to be supported engaging each other, and the other end of the mandrel piece in the axial direction has a recessed part into which one end side part of the spherical face of the adjacent mandrel piece can enter. The tube bender mandrel has an effect to increase the dimensional precision of a tube to be bent.

    • PURPOSE:To aim at changing the thickness of a tooth without changing the diameter of a tooth root circle by providing racks in a groove in a hob body so that the racks may be slid and be stationary in the axial direction, and by alternately shifting each adjacent racks on both sides of a helix so as to make the addendum variable. CONSTITUTION:Racks 4 are slidable disposed in a groove 3 in a hob body 2 which is also provided therein with fixing screws 6 each having a forward end abutting against the associated rack 4. A spacing plate 7 adapted to be slid in the axial direction by an adjusting screw 10 and an adjust wedge 8 is made to abut against the other end of each of the racks 4. Accordingly, the racks 4 may be set and secured at desired positions. Each adjacent racks 4 are alternately shifted on both sides of a helix so as to the addendum of the hob as a whole may be made to be variable, and thereby it is possible to change the tooth thickness in accordance with the degree of the shift without changing the diameter of the tooth root circle.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pulse arc power supply and pulse arc welding equipment using this power supply, with which welding with a satisfactory finish can be performed even in case sheet metals are welded. SOLUTION: The pulse arc power supply in this invention is characterized in that a current from the power supply part 1 reaches a welding wire 7 via a reactor 32 for pulse period during a pulse period and during the short circuit period of the welding wire 7 and a material 8 to be welded, and during periods except the above, via a reactor 31 for base period, whose inductance is larger than that of the reactor 32 for pulse period. The path of this current can be changed over between the reactor 32 side for pulse period and the reactor 31 side for base period by that a reactor change-over switch 2 is closed or opened by a reactor change-over circuit 42 according to a signal from a short- circuit judgement circuit 43 and by connecting or disconnecting the reactor 32 for pulse period. Consequently, the increasing and the decreasing speeds of the current at the time of a pulse can be made speedy and a pulse waveform can be sharpened.

    • PURPOSE:To easily and surely prevent a line stoppage by the deposition of a wire by impressing a welding voltage for short time and welding the vicinity of a deposition zone after detecting that a consumable electrode is deposited to a base metal side with the inertia in weeding after completion of welding. CONSTITUTION:In the consumable electrode type arc welding method by impressing a welding voltage by feeding a wire 5 and executing the welding of a base metal 10 by forming an arc, an arc is stopped by making the welding voltage zero simultaneously with the completion of welding. On the other hand the wire 5 is extended by the inertia in feeding, deposited to a base metal 10 side and stopped. This deposition is detected by a deposition detecting circuit. The wire 5 is then cut B near a deposition zone by impressing the no-load voltage of about 50V and a current at some delay time preferrably. Thereafter a welding torch is moved to the other welding place to start the succeeding arc welding. With said method, the stoppage of an automatic welding line due to the deposition of the wire 5 to the base metal 10 and chip of the welding completion time is surely prevented and the slag adhesion to the wire 5 is prevented as well to better an arc starting property.
