    • PURPOSE:To rapidly produce a cylindrical film becoming the material of a bag made of synthetic resin wherein the housing part is thin-walled similarly as heretofore and only the part provided with a lug is thick-walled by utilizing the temperature difference of a molten body in one die and regulating required uneven thickness in dispensing with many stages and also without dedicating the die. CONSTITUTION:Resin material (e.g. polyethylene) for a bag is introduced into the gap 4 between a die main body 2 constituting a blown film die 1 and a die mandrel 3 interpolated into the die main body 2 and a cylindrical film is formed. In the stage, the heating part of the circumference of the die mandrel 3 is partitioned into a high temperature region and a low temperature region by a plurality of heating means buried in the external circumference of the upper part of the die 1. Moreover the film discharged from the low temperature region is partially supercooled by a cooling means. Thereby the stage is constituted so that the film discharged from the low temperature region is formed into a thick-walled film and the film discharged from the high temperature region is formed into a thin-walled film.

    • PURPOSE:To improve the adherence between a molten resin film and a cooling roll and consequently eliminate the ununiformity in thickness and wrinkle of a film by a method wherein the molten resin film is pressed to the surface of the cooling roll by convergent airs at and after the instant at which the molten resin film starts to contact with the cooling roll. CONSTITUTION:Edge blasting devices 9 are installed on a cooling roll 6 so as to blast the air from one surface of a molten resin film 5 in order to press its other surface to the surface of the cooling roll 6. Each of said edge blasting devices 9 blasts the air against the edge of the molten resin film 5. An air supplying hole 11 is provided on the front plate 10 of the edge blasting device 9 so as to pierce the front plate in the lateral direction (or in the direction of the thickness of the front plate) in order to blast the air in the interior of said device 9 by inserting a steel tube 12 in the air supplying hole 11. Thus, the controlling of conditions such as the flow rate, blasting position, blasting angle and the like becomes easy and the fine controlling during molding is easy and the workability is excellent.

    • PURPOSE:To prepare a sterile and dust-free film by discharging out a gas bubble, filtering the same with a filter and then blowing the same into the bubble again and circulating. CONSTITUTION:A feed gas pressure adjusting unit 16 feeds clean gas with a given pressure to an air feeding pipe 13 through a filter unit 15 and discharges gas out of a bubble 7 through an air discharge pipe 14 and circulates gas through the air feeding pipe 13 through a filter unit 15. Resin is extruded out of ring die lip 5, and while being taken off by a take-off roll 9, the same passes through the air feeding pipe 13 and an intake pipe 12 to blow the clean air and form a bubble 7. The gas in the bubble 7 is circulated after the bubble 7 is formed and stabilized in the steady state. At that time, as the molten resin is of high temperature, inside of the bubble 7 is sterilized, and also fine particles mainly generated from the molten resin at the lower section of the bubble 7 is accompanied with the gas and removed when the clean gas blown in from the intake pipe 12 comes down and is rectified by a guide plate 11 and discharged out of the discharge pipe 14.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain a uniform thickness laminate with no pinhole by a method wherein barrier thermoplastic resins are extruded from a die, which has at least two die lips, so as to be melt-adhered to each other before the resins are cooled and set. CONSTITUTION:Barriers 1 such as of saponified ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer or the like are extruded from at least two die lips 6a and 6b so as to be divided into two layers and melt-adhered after being extruded from a T-die 6 and cooled by cooling rolls 7 and 8 in order to be taken up with a winder (not shown in the figure) in the form of a laminate (laminated film). When the temperature of the barriers is low and the adhering pressure is small, the inter-layer adhesion lowers and consequently the contrivance for improving the adhesion is recommended by adding heat and pressure at the following process. A material having the degree of oxygen transmission of 50 cc/m -24 hr-atm or less is preferable as the barrier thermoplastic resin used for the barrier 1. Favaorably, saponified ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer is concretely exampled as the barrier thermoplastic resin used for the barrier 1.

    • PURPOSE:To manufacture stable a homogeneous film having little ununiform thickness, by a method wherein a temperature distribution of a die lip is controlled by providing a heater in a width direction in the vicinity of the die lip and a control of the ununiform thickness is effected on a film by changing a quantity of resin to be discharged through a lip gap. CONSTITUTION:Thermoplastic resin melted and kneaded by an extruder flows into a die 2 through a joint 1, extruded outside of the die 2 from a die lip 3, and taken off as a film 6 through a cooling rolls 4, 5. A heater 8 is fitted to the die 2, a heating temperature is detected by a thermocouple and controlled by a temperature controller. In the case where, for example, a thickness of the film is partly thin, a temperature is raised by raising the setting of the temperature of a corresponding heater 9. Then a resin flow in the die lip 3 in the vicinity of the heater 9 is increased, a thickness of the film turns thick, uniform thickness in a width direction of the film is reduced and a film having little thickness-difference is obtained.

    • PURPOSE:To make it possible to stably form a multi-layer blown film with little ununiform thickness by a structure wherein a plurality of flow passages are concentrically provided at a die flow passage part just before molten resin, which flows through an influx port, enters a die main body and throttling parts are provided along the circumferential direction of one flow passage. CONSTITUTION:A die flow passage parts 12 and 19 located at a position before one molten resin forks in a die main body 9, the other flow passage is arranged concentric to one passage along its outer periphery. Accordingly, the structure which gives no effect to the distribution of the temperature of the die even when the temperatures of the respective resins flowing in the die are different from each other can be realized. Consequently, the temperature distribution in the die easily tends to be uniformized circumferentially and the outflow of the die also becomes uniform, resulting in the formation of a film with little ununiform thickness possible. Further, because throttling parts 130 are provided in the other passage, the molten resin passed through the other passage with the throttling parts is uniformized in the flow rate and forked, resulting further in the reduction of the ununiformity in thickness of the film possible.
