摘要： PURPOSE:To make a handle rigid to prevent the breakage thereof by forming a handle in a bag which is formed into a given shape with its top portion made open from a thermoplastic resin at a part formed thicker than the other parts. CONSTITUTION:A rectangular-shaped bag comprises a thicker (hatched area) portion in the upper area 2 and a thinner portion in the lower area 1 thereof and is formed such that this thickness transition occurs at a position a. A hole 4 for a handle is formed in the upper area 2. The bag is fabricated as follows. After manufactured, a tubular film 5 is processed to form a four-piece-film (quadruple-folded) portion at the end 7 of the thinner portion 6 adapted to make the lower area 1 of the bag. The tubular film 5 is then cut along lines b and c to be separated as first and second films at the cut portions, and the so separated first and second films of the respective sides are welded together to make the left and right-hand sides of the bag. Next, the tubular film 5 is cut at the thicker portion 8 along line d to make the upper area 2 of the bag, and the film so cut is then separated as first and second films, and the cut portion is left open. Finally, the hole 4 is formed in the thicker area 8 to serve as a handle 3.

摘要： PURPOSE:To provide a bag made of synthetic resin in whose constitution heatsealing has been eliminated with respect to the bottom, a wide bottom enabling the packing of a flat object in a stabilized manner is obtained, good strength is obtained at the handles, and enlargement in effective height of the bag when produced is possible. CONSTITUTION:Each of the two lateral sides of a cylindrical film 3, which has a thick part 2 of desirable breadth longitudinally, is tucked inward to form a four-ply fold 4. The two longitudinally opposed ends of the cylindrical film 3 are sealed by fusion and a slit 6 serving as an opening is formed longitudinally in the thick part 2 of the film. A pair of handle holes 7, 7 are opened through the thick part 2 of the film with the slit 6 therebetween and at a longitudinal midpoint.

摘要： PURPOSE:To rapidly produce a cylindrical film becoming the material of a bag made of synthetic resin wherein the housing part is thin-walled similarly as heretofore and only the part provided with a lug is thick-walled by utilizing the temperature difference of a molten body in one die and regulating required uneven thickness in dispensing with many stages and also without dedicating the die. CONSTITUTION:Resin material (e.g. polyethylene) for a bag is introduced into the gap 4 between a die main body 2 constituting a blown film die 1 and a die mandrel 3 interpolated into the die main body 2 and a cylindrical film is formed. In the stage, the heating part of the circumference of the die mandrel 3 is partitioned into a high temperature region and a low temperature region by a plurality of heating means buried in the external circumference of the upper part of the die 1. Moreover the film discharged from the low temperature region is partially supercooled by a cooling means. Thereby the stage is constituted so that the film discharged from the low temperature region is formed into a thick-walled film and the film discharged from the high temperature region is formed into a thin-walled film.
