In all ascending/descending strokes required for the device, the ascending/descending stroke required for a movement is covered with the ascending/descending stroke of the ascending/descending base 16, the stroke required for a chipping and cutting work of lining is covered with the stroke of the chipping device 19 and the cutting device 20, and at the time of chipping and cutting work, the ascending/descending base 16 is allowed to descend to an adjusting position, locked to the horizontal traveling cart 14 by the mechanism, and height of the device at the time of chipping and cutting work can be lowered by ascending/descending stroke dimensions.

摘要： PURPOSE:To enable positioning in good precision even though a vessel is deformed by arranging a positioning fitting at the bottom face of molten metal vessel and arranging the device, which supports/fixes the positioning arm and working machine engaging to the fitting free to elevate. CONSTITUTION:A molten metal vessel is tilted, making a bottom iron shell vertical. A mounting device 31 is run up to the prescribed position and is stopped. Sucessively, an elevating cylinder 36 of the mounting device 31 is actuated, engaging positioning arms 46-48 of a mounting frame 40 with positioning fittings 20-22. The elevating cylinder 36 is actuated until a support bracket 41 of the mounting frame 40 and a support pin of the mounting device 31 are detached. When the tip face of a lower positioning arm 48 is brought in contact with Z axis upper surface of a positioning fitting 22, by actuating the locking mechanism, the vessel is fixed in Z axis direction with retracting the cylinder.

CONSTITUTION:A brick laying machine 2 is inserted from the upper part of a converter 1. A cylindrical frame 21 is arranged at the lower end part of the brick laying machine 2 and at this lower end, the balance arm 3 is fitted. The balance arm 3 has an arm 3b driven by a driving device 3a and an arm 3f connected through link mechanism 3c, rod 3d and swing mechanism 3e at the tip. The arm 3f slidably holds the lifting arm 4 in the vertical direction with a holding device 3g. By driving the balance arm 3, the brick is sucked with the holding tool and the bricks 5a, 5b for furnace bottom are laid in order.

摘要： PURPOSE:To perform stably kneading irrespective of an atmospheric temperature by reducing drastically adhesion of raw materials to a tire, by constituting a temperature control device controlling a heating device so that a surface temperature of the tire becomes higher than a temperature of a metal of a pan. CONSTITUTION:In the title mixer, at least a turnable tire 14 is arranged within a pan 13, which is turned and driven and a heater 25 heating a metal of the pan and the surface of a tire, a temperature sensors 23, 24 detecting temperatures of the metal of the pan and the surface of the tire and a temperature control device 20 controlling the heater 25 based on the detected temperatures of the metal of the pan and the surface of the tire are provided. Then the temperature control device 20 is constituted so that the heater 25 is controlled so as to increase the temperature of the surface of the tire higher than the temperature of the metal of the pan. With this construction, kneaded soil is made stickable easily to the metal of the pan than the tire 14, through which a kneading effect can be improved drastically.
