    • PURPOSE:To perform stably kneading irrespective of an atmospheric temperature by reducing drastically adhesion of raw materials to a tire, by constituting a temperature control device controlling a heating device so that a surface temperature of the tire becomes higher than a temperature of a metal of a pan. CONSTITUTION:In the title mixer, at least a turnable tire 14 is arranged within a pan 13, which is turned and driven and a heater 25 heating a metal of the pan and the surface of a tire, a temperature sensors 23, 24 detecting temperatures of the metal of the pan and the surface of the tire and a temperature control device 20 controlling the heater 25 based on the detected temperatures of the metal of the pan and the surface of the tire are provided. Then the temperature control device 20 is constituted so that the heater 25 is controlled so as to increase the temperature of the surface of the tire higher than the temperature of the metal of the pan. With this construction, kneaded soil is made stickable easily to the metal of the pan than the tire 14, through which a kneading effect can be improved drastically.

    • PURPOSE:To make the die small in size and light in weight by providing a die holding device between the die for receiving pressure at the time of pressure forming and a press frame, and sharing and holding pressure force by a floating frame and the press frame at the time of forming. CONSTITUTION:A brick material 16 is thrown in as a formed body to a die 6 into which the lower plunger 10 is inserted from the lower side, and by operating a transfer cylinder 11, the die 6 is moved into a press frame 2 and stopped in a prescribed position of the press frame 2. Subsequently, by operating a wedge hydraulic cylinder 15, a wedge member 14 is fitted in between the die and a floating frame 7, and the die is fixed. Next, by operating a floating hydraulic cylinder 8, the frame 7 is allowed to ascends, and a die truck 9 and the die 6 also float up from a base 17. Thereafter, by operating a main cylinder 3, a pressure block 4 is moved in the lower direction and the upper plunger 5 is allowed to abut on the brick material in the die, and a brick is formed. In such a way, force burdened to the die decreases, and the die can be manufactured in a small. size and in light weight.
