摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain structure of an exhaust duct which is durable and is easy to maintain, by providing a duct which is capable of entering in and out from a rooftop opening part and is made of a corrosion proof material within a pipe space. CONSTITUTION:A pipe space 3 penetrating to the roofrop is formed vertically, the rooftop is provided with an opening part 4 and underneath of the first floor is provided with an air charging ventilating hole 5. The circumference of the pipe space 3 is completely partitioned off from a dwelling space 1 by a concrete wall, within which piping and meters and incorporated and a duct 6 is provided on the interior as well. The duct 6 is a device leading exhaust from a boiler 7 into an open air, which is made of stainless steel so that it can possess corrosion resistance against the exhaust passing through the duct 6 and is constituted by connecting with a plurality of lengthy units corresponding to a height of every floor. With this, structure of an exhaust duct which is durable and is easy to maintain is obtained.

And, by installing in each room an air flow rate variable device which can be closed completely at the ends of the cold air system channel 4 throughout the year and the room cooling and room heating switching system channel 6, it is possible to cope with partial air conditioning during 24 hour operation and to air-condition only in a room which is used.

On the other hand, when digging is done in such a way that bench cutting at the sublevel 2B follows bench cutting at the sublevel 2A in a stair form among the sublevels 2A and 2B at upper and lower positions, a blasting hole 3 in a section where digging work meets an inferior rock bed 20 is extended up to a length required for reinforcing the inferior rock bed 20 positioned outside the final digging face 6 by a rock bolt to drill a hole. The rock bolt 7 is driven into the hole 21, and an explosive is charged in a predetermined scope in front of the final digging face 6 of the hole 21 to use it as the blasting hole 3. A side wall part of the cavity and a top end part thereof can be reinforced by rock bolts 7, 8 according to the same method.

Thus, connection of pipings is eased without concentration of branching at one point, while maintenance and replacement of measuring instruments can be performed easily since valves and the measuring instruments can be easily arranged on annular pipings.

When the segment lining 4 is formed, a transverse form 21 is provided for a part of a segment ring 22, which functions to divide the gap 23 between the outer surface of the segment lining 4 and the inner surface 3a of the drift into a plurality of sections 24 in an excavating direction (x2 direction) of the drift 3. When the cement milk C is injected, it is filled into each section 24.
