摘要： PURPOSE:To provide a self-propelled harvester for root vegetables for digging out root vegetables of long root (deep root) such as burdock, pulling out, transporting the root vegetables to the rear of a machine body and storing. CONSTITUTION:A vibration type digging device is arranged at the front position of a traveling body 2 equipped with a pair of a right and a left crawler traveling devices and a pulling conveyor for holding the root vegetables dug by the digging device, pulling out and transporting the root vegetables backward is laid between the digging device and a harvest storing device set at the rear of the traveling body to give a harvester for root vegetables. Heavy weight materials such as a driving shaft 4 for the crawlers, a transmission 5, an engine 6, etc., are arranged at the rear of the traveling body 2 at the opposite side of the digging device and the pulling conveyor. A space is formed at the front part between the right and the left crawlers, the longitudinal balance of the machine body is improved, the machine body is lightened and the harvested root vegetables being transported by the pulling conveyor are not brought into contact with the machine body.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly and surely remove the culture soil of the seedling lacking cell of an inspection/removal tray while pushing adjacent seedlings aside. SOLUTION: The lack of the seedling on the inspection/removal tray 18 in an inspection/removal part 14 is detected by a detection plate 36 and the culture soil of the detected seedling lacking cell is sucked and removed by a vacuum nozzle 52. The vacuum nozzle 52 is formed freely movably at the upper part of the inspection/removal tray 18 and the culture soil of the cell is sucked by vacuum in the state of bringing the lower end of the vacuum nozzle 52 into contact with the upper surface of the seedling lacking cell. In this case, an air passage 33 passed from the vacuum nozzle 52 to a lower part is formed at a position opposite to the vacuum nozzle 52 in the inspection/ removal part 14, and at the time of sucking the culture soil by the vacuum, the water discharge hole 23 of the cell is made to communicate with the air passage 33 and suction is facilitated.
