摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily move from one ridge to the next through the use of a wheel. SOLUTION: This carriage is provided with first and second frames 4 and 9 provided with wheels 1 and 5 for traveling on a route between ridges, a third frame 11 connected with the first frame 4 and provided with side wheels for traveling on mutually adjacent routes between ridges by inserting a ridge between the side wheels, and wheel supporting members 104 and 105 for supporting the wheel 5 to the frames 4, 9 and 11 so as to freely turn a direction. Thereby the wheel 5 can be turned in the direction D of crossing ridges to easily move from one ridge to the next. In addition, the wheel supporting members 104 and 105 are provided with an interlocking mechanism 14 for turning to the direction D of crossing ridges by making each wheel 5 link with each other.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively produce granular fermented chicken droppings having high hardness by granulating the fermented chicken droppings under specific conditions using a horizontal type extrusion granulating machine with a disk type die. SOLUTION: The die varying in the shape of upper part holes and the shape of lower part holes are used. The upper part of the die is columnar and the hole size is 3 to 5mm. The lower part thereof is columnar or circular truncated cone and the ratio of the hole diameter of the lowermost part/the hole diameter of the upper part is specified to 1.3 to 1.8. The ratio of the depth of the lower part holes/the depth of the upper part holes is specified to 1 to 5. The moisture of the chicken droppings is specified to 18 to 28wt.% at the time of granulation. The fig. illustrates a schematic diagram of granulation. This granulating machine is classified to a roll type extrusion granulating machine. A disk-shaped perforated plate is used for the dies 1. The machine is installed horizontal. Plural pieces of radially disposed rolls 2 are rotated by the friction resistance with the die 1 while these rolls revolve. The fermented chicken droppings 3 supplied onto the die from a hopper 5 are pressurized between the die and the rolls and are extrusion molded from the die holes. The granular chicken droppings 4 are discharged from an outlet 6.
