    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that, in a heating cooker of a conventional structure, it takes time to replace and repair a punching plate for shielding microwave while passing magnetic flux fitted at a bottom face of a cooking chamber, since the plate is short-lived due to high frequency of use in a commercial purpose. SOLUTION: A round opening, provided at a bottom plate 71 forming the bottom part of the cooking chamber, has a circular bottom-plate fitting 73 with the punching plate 72 fused mounted in free detachment. Fixing of the bottom-plate fitting 73 to the bottom plate 71 is made by a combination of a fixing part 75 by screwing of a welding bolt firmly fixed to the bottom plate 71 with a nut and a pressure-contacting part 78 by simple pressing of a projected part 73b to secure necessary strength while improving work efficiency.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a better finishing of foods by a method wherein an infrared detector is provided with a chopper to cyclically interrupt infrared rays radiated from a food and when a weight detection means detects specified changes in the weight, a chopper motor is driven or controlled to allow the detection of the optimum temperature immediately after the start of heating. SOLUTION: In the operation of a microwave oven 100, when a power source is closed, the variation of change in the weight of a food in a cavity is detected by a weight sensor 501 and when the results exceed a specified change in weight, a chopper motor 9 is driven to rotate a chopper. When the elapsed time from the start of the rotation of the chopper is up to a specified time (for example 2 min.), it is judged whether a heating course is set or not by a key input on an operation panel 34. When the heating course for using an infrared sensor 1 is set, the chopper motor 9 is continued to rotate. Then, infrared rays radiated from the food within the cavity are cyclically interrupted by the chopper to check the infrared rays with the infrared sensor thereby detecting the temperature of the food.

    • PURPOSE:To safely take out a turntable in addition to a square tray by using a handle for the square tray by forming a linear part at least one part of the outer periphery of the turntable. CONSTITUTION:The leading end of a handle 9 is formed of an engaging part 10 which is engaged with the edge of the upper surface part of a square tray 4, and a receiving part 11 which receives the lower surface part of the square tray 4. By this reason, the handle 9 can be stably engaged with a linear part. In the meantime, a linear part 8 is provided on a turntable 6. By this reason, when the turntable 6 is heated to a high temperature by a microwave cooking for a long period of time, if the linear part 8 of the turntable 6 stops at a front part of a heating chamber when the cooking is finished, the turntable 6 can be safely taken out by engaging the handle 9 with the linear part 8 in the same manner as engaging the handle 9 with the square tray 4.

    • PURPOSE:To detect an accurate food weight by a simple structure despite a shape of a placing tray and to reduce abnormal sound at the time of detecting the weight and wears of the tray and its bearer. CONSTITUTION:A disclike bearer 6 is coaxially fixed to a rotary support shaft 5 disposed substantially at a center of a heating chamber 1. Three or more support rollers 60 are mounted around a radial pivotal shaft of the bearer 6. The rollers 60 are rotatably brought into contact with a lower surface of the tray 2 to support the tray 2. When a weight of food A on the tray 2 is detected via a support load of the shaft 5, the shaft 5 and the bearer 6 are rotated to eliminate influence of a deviation of the placing position of the tray 2, thereby obtaining a detected result accurately corresponding to the real weight of the food A. In this case, the bearer 6 is smoothly loosely rotated upon rolling of the rollers 60 to the tray 2, abnormal sound due to the loose rotation is alleviated, and wears of the tray 2 and the bearer 6 are reduced.
