    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that, in a heating cooker of a conventional structure, it takes time to replace and repair a punching plate for shielding microwave while passing magnetic flux fitted at a bottom face of a cooking chamber, since the plate is short-lived due to high frequency of use in a commercial purpose. SOLUTION: A round opening, provided at a bottom plate 71 forming the bottom part of the cooking chamber, has a circular bottom-plate fitting 73 with the punching plate 72 fused mounted in free detachment. Fixing of the bottom-plate fitting 73 to the bottom plate 71 is made by a combination of a fixing part 75 by screwing of a welding bolt firmly fixed to the bottom plate 71 with a nut and a pressure-contacting part 78 by simple pressing of a projected part 73b to secure necessary strength while improving work efficiency.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating cooker capable of suppressing a temperature rise in a punching plate comprising the bottom of a cooking storage, and preventing warpage due to thermal expansion. SOLUTION: A ventilator T1 is formed by insulating members 43, 44 between a punching plate 42 and a setting board 45 with a cooking container set thereon, and the upward warpage of the punching plate 42 is suppressed by a radially extending piece on the insulating member 43. Further, ventilators T2, T3 are formed by the insulating members 54, 55, 56 between a downward induction heating coil 53 and the punching plate 42. An outside air sucked by a fan 52 is fed to the ventilators T1 to T3 from an intake duct 51a for heat radiation of the punching plate 42, and radiation heat is shielded from the setting board 45 and the induction heating coil 53.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating cooker carrying out simultaneous heating or alternate induction heating and high-frequency heating, while avoiding abnormal heating in the case of a small kitchen utensil such as a metal spoon put on the cooker. SOLUTION: When a user sets heating cooking conditions of a cooking course or the like and performs a starting operation (S11, S12), a main control part determines whether the operation after a present time point in the course set includes induction heating (S13), and if it is included, an inadequate load detection processing is executed to find out an inadequate load if any in the range and makes an error alarm (S14 to S16).
