摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rail correction device and a railroad coach capable of increasing adhesive coefficient between a wheel of a traveling train and a rail and, at the same time, removing metal fatigue layer, corrugated abrasion layer, rust or the like of the rail.
SOLUTION: The correction device mounting auxiliary wheels 12 and 13 having different diameters from each other for correcting the rail on an axle 14 separately from a main wheel is provided to the body. When the auxiliary wheels 12 and 13 are rolled on the rail, both of them are rotated in a state to make occurrence of slippage by the diameter difference. In other word, when either one of the auxiliary wheels 12 and 13 rolls the rail 11, there is a slippage in the other one of the auxiliary wheels 12 and 13. Accordingly, the auxiliary wheels 12 and 13 are rotated in a state to make occurrence of slippage, the correction of the rail is made by taking advantage of the slippage, and the rail can be more effectively corrected in comparison with such a case that the correction is carried out by regular rolling contact.

SOLUTION: The coupler 20 for a coupling device and the shock absorber 30 are connected to each other via a coupling member 21. The shock absorber 30 is stored in a storage portion 13 of a holder 10. Extension portions 13a, 13b of the holder 10 are engaged with the insides of channels 3A, 3B of an intermediate beam 3. A shock absorbing member 15 is arranged between the rear end of the holder 10 and a rear stopper 5. When collision shock exceeding the usage limit of the coupler 20 or the shock absorber 30 is operated, a bolt 14 is broken and the holder 10 is slid while being guided by the intermediate beam 3. Collision shock energy is absorbed by the deformation of the shock absorbing member 15.

摘要： PURPOSE:To allow correct test for suppressing 'deafening' phenomenon of ventilator for vehicle. CONSTITUTION:A ventilator 4 for vehicle is interposed between a test chamber 2 and a simulated body space 1 and compressed gas is fed from a booster tank 7 through a boost control valve 9 into the chamber 2 to boost the pressure abruptly or the chamber 2 is coupled through a pressure reduction control valve 12 with a pressure reduction tank 10 to reduce pressure abruptly. In order to reduce the capacities of the tanks 7, 10, a chamber pressure control valve 38 communicated with the atmosphere is opened when the pressure in the chamber 2 is deviated significantly from the atmospheric pressure. A diffuser is disposed in the chamber and compressed gas is fed from the booster tank 7 through the boost control valve 9 thus varying the static pressure in the chamber.

In this hydraulic cylinder 12, a cylinder main body 13 is attached to a vehicle body underframe 1, and a cylinder rod 14 is attached to the close adhesion coupler 10 on car body front and rear end part sides more than the cylinder main body 13. The cylinder bodies 13 of the left and right hydraulic cylinders 12 are mutually connected by an oil feed pipe 15. A flow rate control valve 17 is assembled on the halfway of the oil feed pipe 15. The flow rate control valve 17 is connected with a controller 19.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce damage to a vehicle by releasing appropriately a collision impact force which exceeds a usage limit of a coupler or a shock absorber. SOLUTION: A coupler 10 is mounted on a front end part of a vehicle 1, and a shock absorber 23 is mounted between the coupler 10 and a bolster 3. Between the coupler 10 and the shock absorber 23, a rotation coupling mechanism 18 capable of swinging transversely and longitudinally. The rotation coupling mechanism 18 comprises a sloping member 21 and a crusher 13. A back end of the sloping member 21 is mounted on the coupler 10 via the crusher 13. Outside the sloping member 21 and the shock absorber 23, a shock absorbing member 20 is mounted. The shock absorbing member 20 is a box type member placed in parallel with the shock absorber 23. The shock absorbing member 20 is made of a member plastically deformed when it is compressed.

With this constitution, any possible mass increase in the vehicle structure is reduced as small as possible but a vibro-damping property is increased, checking a bending vibration, whereby the extent of riding quality is improvable.
