CONSTITUTION:Holding parts 43, 44 for holding a jug and a cartridge are provided in a rotor 38 placed in a casing 35, and a jug and cartridge receiving port 36 is opened on, while a jug transferring pneumatic tube 4 and a cartridge transferring pneumatic tube 4 are connected to, the casing 35. A rotor 38 is rotated so as to stop in a position in which the cartridge holding part 44 is faced to the receiving port 36, a position in which the jug holding part 43 is faced to the receiving port 36, a position in which the jug holding part 43 make the inside of the jug vacuum, a position in which the jug holding part 43 removes a poorly evacuated jug, and a position in which the cartridge holding part 44 and the jug holding part 43 are faced to a cartridge transferring pneumatic tube 5 and the jug transferring pneumatic tube 4 respectively, to carry out various operations in each of the stopping positions.

And, the jugs in which samples are contained, are received by jug carrying-in pneumatic tubes 9, 109, fitted into waiting cartridges, and pneumatically conveyed via pneumatic tubes 13. Holding bodies each having two holding holes with different dized for holding the jug and cartridge, are displaceably held in each pneumatically conveying boxes 1, 101, and are displaced each time by a defined distance, to carry out operation for the jug and cartridge at each stopping position.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain efficiency and to perform maintenance operation such as the replacement of a needle block and the carrying-out operation of a disposal jag by providing an automatic manipulator with a function of moving even to a cylindrical coordinate system simultaneously upward/downward movement. CONSTITUTION:A needle block 2 consists of a liquid reservoir part 3 and a needle part 4 and is arranged at the circumference of the wall surface in an inner box 1. The automatic manipulator 8 is a cylindrical coordinate type and approaches an optional block 2 and a jag sending and receiving opening 7 through the upward/downward movement by a ball screw 9 and the rotation by a gear 10. An air sending device 6 sends the externally received jag to a manipulator hand part 5 from the sending and receiving opening 7 with air and a jag after sampling is sent into the device 6 from the sensing and receiving opening 7. The manipulator 8 stores a disposal jag receiving block 14 which contains the disposal jag in a conveyance container in an article carrying-in/out port 1, and also detaches and carries the closed needle part 4 out of the port 13 and fits a preliminary needle part in a specific block at the time of the replacement of the needle part 4.

    • PURPOSE:To use an automatic manipulator for sampling even for the replacement of a needle part in common by providing a lever which unlocks a liquid reservoir part and the need part from each other by the forward movement of the hand part of the manipulator. CONSTITUTION:The needle part 2 consists of a reception part 3 and a needle 4 and is fitted to the needle support part 20 of the liquid reservoir part 1 for sample liquid. The hand part 5 of the manipulator consists of an external cylinder 6 and an internal cylinder 7 and when the internal cylinder 7 is pushed out forward while the external cylinder 6 engages the reception part 3 of the needle part 2, the reception part 3 and external cylinder 6 are coupled with each other by a ball lock mechanism 8. Further, the needle part 2 is provided with a lever which unlocks the needle part 2 by the forward movement of the hand part 5 and locks the needle part 2 by the backward movement, and a groove part 18 where the lever 10 is locked is formed at the liquid reservoir part 1. In normal sampling operation, the internal cylinder 7 can be moved forth only to a position A, but when the needle part 2 is replaced, the internal cylinder 7 is further moved forth to open the lever 10 and unlock the external cylinder 6, which is moved back, thereby allowing the needle part 2 to be taken out.
