摘要： PURPOSE:To perform effective stirring, by constituting the titled apparatus from a rotor for generating the steam of a liquid flowable material along the perpendicular direction of a frame, a rotor for generating the stream of the liquid flowable material along the horizontal direction of said frame and the buoyancy tank attached to the frame. CONSTITUTION:The electromotors 5, 7a, 7b of the main body 3 of a stirring apparatus are operated by a control apparatus 26 and, by rotating first rotors 6a, 6b and second rotors 9a, 9b to a predetermined direction or opposite directions, the main body 3 of the stirring apparatus rises or falls, horizontally advances or retracts or performs directional conversion. When the first rotors 6a, 6b are rotated to a positive direction, a liquid flowable material is pushed to the perpendicular direction by blades and the apparatus main body 3 rises. When the rotors 6a, 6b are rotated to opposite directions, the liquid flowable material is pushed upward in a perpendicular direction and the apparatus main body 3 falls and is attached to the bottom surface of a storage tank 22 to succeed stirring.

Whereby the main body can be surely held by the suckers sucked on the wall face of a building or the like, during the stop or movement of the main body.
