    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concrete form which is inexpensively manufactured, and a manufacturing method capable of efficiently and easily manufacturing a segment integrated with an inner surface coated material by using the concrete form.SOLUTION: A concrete form 10 for manufacturing a segment 100 integrated with an inner surface coated material 20 includes a cavity 1a consisting of side faces 1c and a bottom surface 1b. The cavity 1a accommodates the inner surface coated material 20 and is filled with fresh concrete FC for the segment. A projection 2 is provided at a position apart from the bottom surface 1b among the side face 1c of the cavity 1a of the concrete form 10, and an accommodation space K in which an end part of the inner surface coated material 20 is accommodated is formed between the projection 2 and the bottom surface 1b. A first elastic body 3 is provided in the accommodation space K, and the cavity 1a is filled with the fresh concrete FC in the state that the end part of the inner surface coated material 20 is brought into contact with the first elastic body 3.
