      SOLUTION: The segment 1 is manufactured comprising a general part 2 manufactured from a cement-based material 41 of high strength and formed as a rectangular slab with required curvature, and end face members 3 manufactured from a fiber reinforced cement-based mixed material and provided at the end faces of the general part 2 to constitute joint parts between the segments, wherein the surface of the end face member 3 on one end or both ends is provided with a seal groove 31 recessed in the extended direction. Waterproof coating treatment may be applied in a straddling manner to the surfaces of the end face members 3 and the surface of the general part 2.
