    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively and economically prevent erosion of a back slope from being caused by an overflow and reduce maintenance of vegetation, while inhibiting a wetting line from rising due to infiltration.
SOLUTION: In this structure 1 for preventing erosion of a bank, the back slope 2 of the bank 11 is partially exposed as an exposed area 5, and the vegetation 6 is applied thereto. A covered area 4 except the exposed area 5 is covered with a wood chip concrete board 3. The wood chip concrete board 3, which is obtained by prehardening wood chip concrete, functions as a water permeable covering layer which is made of a single layer of water permeable concrete, and expands the vegetation 6 of the exposed area 5 to the covered area 4 by easiness of fixing of plants to the wood chip concrete. The wood chip concrete board 3 is molded in a rectangular shape, and disposed on the back slope 2 in such a manner that the covered and exposed areas 4 and 5 are alternately arranged in a checkered pattern. Thus, the vegetation 6 of the exposed area 5 can be easily expanded to the covered area 4.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a burden of maintenance management and minimize an influence on ecosystems.
SOLUTION: In the greening structure 1 using wood-chip concrete, a surface of ground 2 as a greening object is partially formed as an exposed area 5 in which the surface of the ground 2 is exposed; the rest of the surface of the ground 2 is formed as a covered area 4 which is covered with a wood-chip concrete plate 3 as a covering layer; and the wood-chip concrete plate 3 is disposed on the surface of the ground 2 in such a manner that the covered area 4 and the exposed one 5 are alternately arranged in a checkered pattern. In a cross-sectional structure of the wood-chip concrete plate 3 made of a single layer of the wood-chip concrete, the wood-chip concrete plate 3 itself serves as the covering layer; and a vegetation base material is not superposed thereon. A range for applying planting is only the exposed area 5; and artificial planting is not applied to the covered area 4.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the retention method of underground water capable of contriving improvement of water intake efficiency and the increase of an amount of water storage and simplifying a water intake facility by storing water in a cohesive soil layer. SOLUTION: A plurality of gas injection pipes 10 are buried to reach cohesive soil layers 12a, 12b in a retention method. A water storing earth layers 13a, a cohesive soil layer 12a, a water storing earth layer 13b, the cohesive soil layer 12b and water storing earth layer 13C exist in ground, and the water storing soil layer and the cohesive soil layer incapable of storing water are alternately formed. When the gas injection pipe 10 is buried, high pressure compressed air A from a compressor 20 is supplied to each gas injection pipe 10. The high pressure compressed air A supplied to the injection pipe 10 is jetted from jetting nozzles 16 toward the cohesive soil layers 12a, 12b, cavities B are formed in the cohesive soil layers 12a, 12b receiving the jetting pressure. The cavities B extend in the form of a wave or linear radiation outward as the gas injection pipe 10 is made a center so that the weak part of ground strength is jointed, and the cohesive soil layers 12a, 12b are made a continuous state to penetrate vertically.

    • PURPOSE: To provide a detection/repair system which is capable of economically giving a function to specify and repair a water leaking spot to storage facilities when a waterproof sheet laid at the bottom surface of the storage facilities such as an industrial waste disposal yard or a reservior, is broken. CONSTITUTION: This water leakage detection/repair system for a waterproof sheet comprises a water shielding wall 15 which divides the bottom surface ground 13 of an industrial waste disposal yard 10 into plural sections 14, a protecting mat 16 laid on the bottom surface ground, a monitoring pipe 17 arranged on the protecting mat 16 with the one end of the pipe extended into each section, a water-permeable layer 18, and a waterproof sheet 12 to be laid in such a manner that it covers both water shielding wall and water-permeable layer from above. In addition, the monitoring pipe 17 has the other end extended to a water gathering pit 20, and samples an underground water from each section using a pump 21 and analyzes the water quality. Further, the monitoring pipe 17 detects a water leakage in the waterproof sheet and feeds an injection coagulant to the section where the water leakage occurs, using the pump 21. Thus the damaged part of the waterproof sheet is repaired.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form water impermeable layer by grouting a solidifying material in the peripheral part of a broken part of a storage facility. SOLUTION: The water shielding structure 21 for storage facilities is constructed by excavating a place between hills to form a recessed part 2 to be a space for landfilling with municipal refuse and industrial wastes, laying a double water-shielding sheet 4 in the bottom face 3 of the recessed part 2, and covering the sheet with a protection mat 22. The protection mat 22 has a double layer structure composed of a permeable layer 23 in the lower layer side and an impermeable layer 24 in the upper layer side. The impermeable layer 24 is formed using, for example, non-woven fabrics so as to prevent elution of a hardening material and leakage of wastes, which are stored matters. On the other hand, the permeable layer 23 is formed by producing mesh sheets from, for example, a plastic material such as polypropylene resin, a polyethylene resin and the like, and layering the sheets in several layers based on necessity so as to suppress the compression degree to a slight level even if a heavy load owing to wastes is applied to and prevent crushing of the porous structure to be filled with the hardening material.
