    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic separation device realizing an enhancement in water quality of treated water by enhancing a washing effect of a magnetic coagulant separated/captured from water to be treated by a rotary circular disc type magnetic filter, and a purification device using it. SOLUTION: A water spray pipe 11a and a water spray pipe 11b arranged above and below the rotary circular disc type magnetic filter 3 respectively are radially arranged similarly to partition plates 126 radially provided relative to the central axis of the rotary circular disc type magnetic filter 3. The water spray pipe 11a for feeding washing water from above the rotary circular disc type magnetic filter 3 is arranged at a position deviated in a rotation direction of the rotary circular disc type magnetic filter 3 than the water spray pipe 11b for feeding washing water from below. An opening angle in the rotation direction in the rotary circular disc type magnetic filter 3 of the water spray pipe 11a and the water spray pipe 11b is made larger than a gap of a plurality of radially and equally divided/arranged partition plates 126 of the rotary circular disc type magnetic filter 3 such that the same one fan-like matrix group are not simultaneously water-sprayed.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To predict and prevent an excessive vibration before the vibration increases due to resonance when a pump is started. SOLUTION: Pressure fluctuation and vibration of an internal fluid in a pipe or a casing are measured. By conducting frequency analysis of the obtained data, a vertical direction excitation vibration frequency f v , a horizontal direction excitation vibration frequency f h , an excitation vibration frequency f p generated by pressure fluctuation, a vertical direction natural frequency f vn , and a horizontal direction natural frequency f hn are obtained. When 2f hn -2f hn ×0.05≤f v ≤2f hn +2 f hn ×0.05, or 2f hn -2f hn ×0.05≤f p ≤2f hn +2f hn ×0.05, or when 0.975≤2f hn /f vn ≤1.025 and f h is in a range between plus and minus 5% of f hn or f v is in a range between plus and minus 5% or f vn , an alarm warning an excessive vibration is issued.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic separation apparatus that stabilizes magnetic separation properties by preventing the clogging of an aqueduct due to the build-up of a magnetic aggregate to the inner wall of a water conductive pipe and by accomplishing a cost reduction due to a small-diameter part of the water conductive pipe. SOLUTION: The magnetic separation apparatus is provided with a coreless solenoid type magnet 105 at the surrounding of the water conductive pipe 301 to conduct a water from the lower part of the water to be treated containing the magnetic aggregate in which a pollutant and magnetic powder are condensed, a rotary disc type magnetic filter case 103 equipped with a matrix group to adsorb the magnetic aggregate in the water to be treated supplied from the water conductive pipe 301 at the upper part of the coreless solenoid type magnet 105 and a washing means 111 to wash the matrix group which is adsorbed by the magnetic aggregate. The water conductive pipe 301 has the small-diameter pipe 301a located within the coreless solenoid type magnet 105 and an expanded pipe 301b expanding to the water conductive part side of the rotary disc type magnetic filter case 103 from the small-diameter pipe 301a.
